Perfect location on Turks

This property was great for our large group and the location was perfect. The beach is just a short walk or bike ride away. Our host Randy made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive.

Lovely vacation property

The house was accurately described and even seemed a bit larger than expected. There were several areas, both inside and out where our whole group could gather together. All the extra amenities were appreciated and enjoyed!

A Real Oasis

Such a fun house to stay, especially with kids! The layout is perfect for a group. The pool is beautiful with the slide (the pictures don’t do the slide justice - it’s incredible) and the sun shelf is perfect for relaxing. Just a few minute walk from the beach. The house is loaded with everything you could possibly need, and it’s so charming and quirky. The host and ambassador were so friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay again!

Amazing home with wonderful hosts

Two families with tweens and young teens spent the holiday here and enjoyed the spacious home and beautiful pool, outdoor area and cottage. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive, more than we expected with the holidays. It was a short walk and bike ride to two quieter, beautiful beaches. Our stay here was perfect.

Lovely stay in Turks and Caicos

Three families, totaling 12 people stayed the week of February 15-22. Both Randy and Charlene were a huge help in booking and helping us with the property and excursions. The location and property were fabulous. Close to beaches, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Kitchen is fully stocked ready for cooking, pool and patio are beautifully appointed. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Turks

The house itself was great! Property manager very accessible. We’ve been to Turks before and stayed at a resort. We noticed, this time around, the mosquitoe problem when not at a resort or maybe it was we weren’t getting the ocean breezes that kept them away. Overall we love Turks and Caicos.

Perfect Getaway!

Highly recommend Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses for your Turks & Caicos family vacation. The property was perfect for our family and another - 4 adults and 4 kids - and with a rental car, it’s a great home base to explore the island. We either took a short walk to a very nice, quiet beach or took advantage of the house’s pool with an interesting but still fun, concrete slide. Definitely would do it again.

great property near the beach

Property was beautiful and clean, just make sure you spray yourself with bug spray there are alot of mosquitoes. The pool and slide were great, and not just for kids!!! The house was beautifully decorated and very cozy. There is a beautiful beach about a half a block from the property which was awesome and not very many people. House is very well equipped with beach chairs, towels, beach toys, etc. Would definitely go back!!!

Perfection!

Sandy Toes & Salty Kisses was the perfect house for our group of four adults and six kids. The house was spacious and comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for meals and fun. The pool, slide and tanning shelf exceeded our expectations. The pool and beach toys and chairs were so helpful. The location allowed for easy walks to several beautiful beaches. We had an amazing time! Loved the home and furnishings! Unbelievably close to the "dang near private beach" that was ridiculously beautiful! The water is indescribably beautiful! Amazing Trip

Property was just as listed/described. Had 8 in our group with 4 adults and 4 kids (10,8,6 and 6). All had a great time- kids loved the pool, especially the slide. Close proximity to the beach 10 min to walk, but we just loaded up the car for a 2 min drive to beautiful sunset beach. Yet another beautiful trip to T&C.

I travel a lot and I have to say this property was perfect. They had everything you need just like all the other reviews said. We had 6 adults a 2 year old, 4 year old and 7 year old. The pool was amazing. The property was very spacious. Housekeeping came mid week to refresh. Plenty of kids outdoor and indoor toys. No need to bring. Beach chairs. Bikes. Wagon for beach. Bug spray. Towels. Kitchen was great. We were lucky to meet the owners and they are terrific. They were just leaving.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Having said that, please note the washer, dryer and dishwasher did not work and couldn’t/didn’t get fixed during our stay. So, pack accordingly! Also, you pay for all electric used. You photograph the meter upon arrival and check it and pay before departure. These are all buyer beware. At one time this place was obviously quite lovely, but now is need of some maintenance and repair. Enjoyed our stay, but please note the review!

Thank you for staying with us here at Sandytoes villa, we know you have lots of places to choose from and honoured that you chose us. Thank you for also writing your review of your stay. I want to address the review so that other potential renters would be aware as well as to stress the importance to inform the Villa Ambassador if there is anything that we can do to make your stay better - while you are here :) 1. We have a brand NEW washer to replace the one that stopped working during your stay. 2. No issues with the dryer as these are completely separate units. It has been working with no complaints to date; 3. The dishwasher works - we do not use the lower drawer just the larger top one, perhaps this is what you meant. 4. electricity is charged back over the excess use? - Incorrect we do not charge for the entire electricity usage. We charge ONLY for air condition usage with is metered and charged back in excess of $150 for the week. We hope that other guests will take the time to read what is Advertised so there are no surprises. We do not have any excess or add on fees on site, apart from air condition usage. This home is an ideal Oasis for large families seeking a retreat that is comfortable, well laid out and has fun island vibe. With the short walk to Grace Bay beach and proximity to the heart of town, we remain a well loved home and most of all, happy that you enjoyed your stay. Peace and Love TCI Blue Team

Family Christmas

There were eight of us, ranging in age from 11 to 76. We had a great time. The pool was wonderful. The distance to the beach was further than we expected, especially with having to transport our chairs and umbrellas. It was not easy walking distance. There were no umbrellas with the property but Randy, the manager, obtained rentals for us. He was great and very responsive to our needs. The accommodations were very nice . The beds were comfortable. The outside area was beautiful with plenty of seating. Even though there were properties all around, it was very private. Plenty of beach towels were provided. We would definitely go back!

Walking to Grace Bay beach via Nighjar road is the closest and under 8 minutes walk or ride the bicycles provided . Alternatively, the drive is under 0.39 seconds to the sandy shore. We want all our guests to feel comfortable so we provide all the things we could think of, and if not enough let us know :). The great outdoors, pool. waterslide, privacy, upscale location and more makes Sandytoes a favourite for families and large groups of 12. Comfortable beds make for a great night sleep and we are happy you had just that. Come back soon, we can do it all over again. Great visit and property

The house was in a great location and had many amenities. The pool was even better than the pictures and the bikes made getting to the beach easy. There were plenty of beach towels and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There were a few small things that could've been better. We did not receive the code to get into the house prior to check in so there was a delay in getting into the house upon arrival. The wifi and TV was spotty at times as well. This was a bit disappointing because it was NCAA tournament time so we had to go elsewhere to watch games since it was not resolved in time. Charlene was very responsive when we did have other issues. We had a storm while there and they quickly sent someone to clean leaves out of the pool and to fix the water dispenser when we had an issue with that.

Our pre-arrival email informs that we meet our guests on arrival for a 4 pm check-in hence, the code was not given beforehand. And what a time to have spotty cable, just before a big game. We apologize on behalf of the service provider, the area did experience a few spotty WiFi moments as they repaired cables on the road. Comfortable Stay

Overall very good stay. The outside patio and pool area were high end, perfect and relaxing. Bring your bug spray as mosquitoes can be rough, but manageable. The inside of the house was not as nice as the outside and some of the furnishings and kitchen are becoming dated - however, it was not a big deal. The bathrooms were good and beds comfortable. The location was fine for our family as we don't mind hopping on bikes to get to the beach. Bikes and beach equipment were decent - some better than others, so I hope owners keep investing to keep in working order as that would be a big deal if we couldn't count on the bikes and chairs. There should be chairs for every person in the house and we had one chair that was a loser, so had to rotate among the family. Also, one bike kept popping a chain, so not useable. There was a good beach umbrella. The neighborhood was very nice. Close enough the resort area to get good dinners with a short 10 min drive. Beaches are great - walkable to the resort area but quieter and less crowded. Overall very good stay and fit our family nicely.

The BEST place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses. We had 3 families including 3 kids (ages 7,7 and 1). This house was PERFECT for our family. We enjoyed the welcome tour when we arrived and were so pleased that the house was exactly as pictured. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of room and bathroom space for everyone. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with every kitchen gadget you would need to make a quick meal or a full size dinner. The pool was a great hit with the adults and kids. Everyone enjoyed relaxing and sliding down the slide. The lounger pool at the top was great to tan and for the littlest one to have a great place to splash around as well that was not too deep. There were plenty of beach towels, flip flops, life jackets, puddle jumpers, pool/beach floats, pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and kayaks provided. We were so happy to see we had more than enough of these things. If you need it, I promise it’s probably there somewhere. We enjoyed the bikes and rode them to the beach to see sunrises and sunsets. Some of the ac units are on solar power and we were excited that this was available as it helped keep the cost of electricity down. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay at this villa and will be back!
