Paradise inside and out! The elegant B314 is an elevator ride up to the third floor of the Maui Sunset, where you'll enjoy breathtaking ocean views right outside your window. The warm Hawaiian shore nestles directly against the Maui Sunset greenbelt, with beautiful landscaping, and the largest pool in Kihei. Convenient Aloha hospitality is found at the Maui Sunset poolside Activity Reservation center -- for a wide variety of activities to experience while in Hawaii. Inside this third story condo: new custom tile, marble countertops, all new appliances, new furniture, mediterranean shower tiling, and balcony lanai table setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The unit comes standard with local cable, wide screen T.V., stereo, phone, washer/dryer, and free wifi access. A beautiful cherry wood cabinet with built-in desk adds a touch of function for your computer/workspace. As well, our condo has a spacious 1 bedroom unit has two queen beds: 1 in the bedroom, and 1 custom built sofa sleeper to comfortably accommodate either 4 occupants or a couple for a private vacation. The bedroom has an attached bath, and the second bath is located in the main hallway near the living room. From this condo, visitors report seeing whales splashing and playing in the ocean. We’ve stayed at Maui Sunset many times and have made several friends that come the same time every year. The biggest pool on the island. Great for kiddos to swim.Nice that they have barbecues as not everyplace does. B314 has a lovely view to the ocean and pool area.

10th Anniversary at Kihei

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this beautiful property that has a manicured grounds with lots of palm trees. We loved the ocean view, listening to birds early in the morning and sunsets. We would certainly stay here again.

Aloha from the Lewis-Woods family! For my wife and I, and our respective family, Hawaii has been a very special place of rejuvenation. We originally hail from Southern California, in a quaint rural neighborhood of Orange County called Olinda. Our family has always valued time to get away from it all, and refresh in the beautiful.

Why they chose this property

Our first trip to Hawaii was in 1979. Since then, the islands keep calling us back! We are proud to make the Maui Sunset one of our newest homes -- a home away from home, here on the beautiful island of Maui.

What makes this property unique

Each time we stay here at the Maui Sunset, it is not only visually spectacular and restful, but its amenities make it extra convenient. Whatever activities desired on the island, all are explained and arranged through some of the most congenial specialists -- right here, at our onsite pool each morning at 9am! We also appreciate the consistent quiet atmosphere our unit and its community maintains. B314 at the Maui Sunset is our little foretaste of heaven, and we try to make it the same for you! Mahalo!
