Villa very comfortable, well equiped and furnished . Underflooring aircon/heating system throughout. Master bedroom with a Super King size bed 2m x 2m, bathrooms with Italian marble tiles, large terrace/patio, independant well shaded garden with many oak trees. Private swimming pool with entrance stairs and automatic retractable cover. The villa is located 2 km from the town of L'Isle sur Sorgue (also called the capital of antic shops), and with a beautiful local Sunday market. The town is located in the heart of Luberon monts and Monts de Vaucluse. It's only 1 minute drive to Golf Provence Country Club (18 holes) and 5 minutes to the river (Kayak, fishing). Many possibilities for walking, hiking, mountain biking, and visiting the numerous beautiful Provencal villages with their typical markets. We are in the heart of wine country Cote du Rhone, Gigondas Chateauneuf du Pape, etc. Beautiful villages around like Les Bories, Roussillon (red earth village), Gordes, les Baux de Provence, le pont d'Avignon, Palais des Papes etc. And located at 15 km there is a big water park "Wave Island" as well as a theme Park "Park Spirou". Pets are allowed with conditions (contact the owner).
