Why they chose this property

I rented the house for 4 years, when I knew that the house was for sale I seized the opportunity and I bought it. After I changed the roof and added another bedroom with private bathroom to accomodate my friends in comfort. My wife and I, we spend some time in the house when we can and every time we are stunned by the beauty of the surroundings. We have not regretted our choice.
