Our charming newly decorated one bedroom apartment sits in the historical hill section of this unique and charming city. It offers a green environment, wellness features, and more.

Detached second floor one bedroom apartment situated in a quiet area of the historical hill section, just a 10 minute walk to the heart of the city.
Great for those who want to visit and explore the city and it’s many excellent restaurants. It is a great starting point for exploring magnificent Lake Champlain.

The apartment has been newly renovated using natural materials and free of toxic substances in the respect of your health and wellness. It is cozy and comfortable with a gas fireplace, modern kitchen and a bath with a heated floor! Enjoy the private deck with the piped gas grill.

Wonderful time in Burlington! The location is great, close to downtown and bike path. There was everything we needed and the space is amazingly comfortable. Will definitely rent here again when we visit Burlington.

Perfect for two people!

This property is a perfect place to stay for two people. We loved the distance from downtown, the size of the apartment, and everything about it! Highly recommend this property if you want to be a short ways from downtown and driving distance to anything.

This Wellness Suite in downtown Burlington is amazing! Everything you could possibly need or want was provided in a beautifully decorated cozy apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen has plenty of appliances and gadgets that made cooking breakfast each morning very easy. Check-in was seamless with great communication from the owner about the details that we needed.

The Wellness Suite really was sweet! Very comfortable, with lots of extra nice touches - coffee, tea, juice, milk, and some very handy packets of oatmeal and granola for breakfast. Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at the Carriage Barn. Mary Ann thought of every little detail to make our weekend so comfortable from the filtered water to the bottle of wine. We walked downtown to the farmers market and dined several times on Church Street. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Everything you need

This flat has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Burlington: great location, parking, nice floor plan, pretty deck, AC, and laundry. On top of that, Mary Ann included special touches - fresh flowers, juice, milk for coffee and wine. We would definitely stay there again.

These accommodations were spotlessly clean, neat and well appointed. There was everything we needed.

What a delightful experience it was to stay at the Wellness Cottage. Mary Ann has clearly gone to great lengths to assure an atmosphere of complete relaxation, restoration and comfort. There were so many of the "little touches" that made us feel so welcome and cared for. This was such a lovely alternative to a hotel stay. We hope to return as often as we possibly can.
