Tolle Unterkunft mit einer schönen und großen Terrasse.Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Lage ist super! Strand, Altstadt, Supermarkt, usw. alles in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.José Antonio ist super nett und war in unserem Fall echt spontan und flexibel!Den Pool können wir nicht bewerten, da er zu der Zeit geschlossen war.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Auch wenn die Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. José Antonio ist ein toller Vermieter, antwortet sofort und löst jedes kleine Problem schnell und entspannt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sauber, alles funktionierte bestens. Gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuss ins Stadtzentrum sowie an den Strand ist problemlos machbar. Negativpunkte gibt der ab Mitte September geschlossene Pool (der Vermieter sagte im Nachhinein, dass dies auf der Website ersichtlich sei - habe es nicht gefunden) sowie der Stacheldraht, der die Anlage umgibt. Ansonsten empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Herrliche Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, jedoch unmöbliert.

Die große Wohnung liegt an einem Pinienwald, nahe Café und Spielplatz und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum schönsten Strand Europas! Wir haben uns mit 6 Personen darin sehr wohl gefühlt.

La playa una maravilla. Las piscinas muy buenas, daba gusto bañarse en ellas cuando volvias de la playa. La casa con todos los servicios necesarios. Nos hemos sentido muy comodos. La recomiendo para pasar unos dias de playa. Me encanto la vida nocturna con sus terrazas para poder picotear, y su ambiente.

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz und direktem Zugang zum Pool.

Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist schön groß und hat genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. Direkter Zugang zum Pool und Kinderpool, nur zwei Meter von der eigenen Terrasse/Garten entfernt. Die Lage ist Top, circa 10 min. zum Strand und circa 15 min. zum Stadtzentrum. Alles fußläufig. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße vor der Tür und auch private Tiefgarage vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, hat schnelles eigenes WLAN und Mückennetze an allen Fenstern. Zudem gibt es für das Sonnenbaden in dem eigenen Garten zwei Liegen. Sonnenschirme und Strandspielzeug für die Kleinen gibt es auch in der Wohnung. Also super für Familien geeignet. Ein Mercadona ist auch in der Nähe, entweder fussläufig circa 15-20 min. oder in 5 min. mit dem Auto. Jose Antonio war ein super Gastgeber, war sehr hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Anfragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Sogar eine Geburtstagstorte hat er für unseren einjährigen Sohn organisiert und geliefert. Also 1A! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Übrigens, der Strand von Conil ist super für Kleinkinder geeignet. Das Meer ist meistens ruhig, der flachabfallende Strand ist lang und breit und hat schönen feinen Sand.

Perfect location, close to the beach & the pretty, lively town!

This property was in a great location, with an easy walk to the beautiful beaches and the lively town. We were a family of four with 2 small children, but we had plenty of room for when our friends came to stay for one night. The property was clean and well equipped, with a lovely patio & small garden that leads straight onto the children's paddling pool & large community pool. It was very comfortable for all of us & the kids had a great time. The property is as described in the advert & the owner was very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property for families.
