A great stay

We had a wonderful time staying in the converted mill. It was clean, tidy and had everything you needed. The pool was a good size and warm. The local town was beautiful and easy to visit.

We had the most incredible stay here! Cecile greeted us on arrival and was very hospitable! The home is incredible the pictures don’t do it Justice as it’s even better in person. We would love to come back again!

Capdrot delight

As soon as we arrived we just knew we were in for a gem of a week holiday. This was the case a perfect retreat whether you want quite tranquil break or visiting the nearby towns, it was great. Thanks to Cecile for being a wonderful host, al in all excellent.

Der Urlaub war wundervoll. Cécile und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war mega. Hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool war Klasse. Wir haben hier sehr viel Zeit verbracht. Ich kann dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber mit dem Auto oder auch Fahrrad schnell in der Stadt. Perfekt gelegen.

Superbe demeure au milieu de la nature

Nous avons séjourné à deux familles dans cette jolie maison au milieu de la nature. À deux minutes de Monpazier, magnifique bastide avec tous les commerces. Nous avons apprécié la cheminée pour ce mois d’avril pluvieux! Merci aux hôtes pour leur sympathie et disponibilité.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, à noël, en famille. La maison correspond exactement à la description. Tout est soigné, bien décoré, fonctionnel, hyper propre, et confortable. Beaucoup de choses à visiter dans les environs. Très culturel! Cela va de la préhistoire à nos jours. Très intéressant. L’accueil est en même temps super et discret. Le chauffage est hyper fonctionnel. Il fait très bon dans la maison. Le feu de bois en plus c’est pour le plaisir. !

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire dans cette très belle maison adaptée aux groupes en famille et joliment décorée et aménagée. La description de l'annonce est conforme à la réalité, les espaces sont spacieux et confortables, la terrasse est très chouette, le terrain magnifique et la piscine chauffée et très grande est un bonus sympathique. Mes amis et moi avons passés un superbe séjour dans le Périgord perdu. Le gite est superbe et les photos reflètent bien le lieu où nous avons hébergés. Le village de Monpazier est une vraie plus-value car nous nous sommes égarés dans ses petites rues médiévales, son architecture d'époque, et ses bars atypiques. Venant de Lyon, nous avons trouvés ce que nous étions venu chercher ici, à savoir, la fête, les balades, les bons moments et la nature. Nous repartons comblés en espérant revenir d'ici peu et pourquoi pas plus longtemps.

Rural tranquility close to Monpazier

Excellent. This gite is locted in beautiful rural setting at the end of an access road with no neighbours (but note that an adjacent farm building is being converted into a gite by the owners for separate use - and I am sure that will be lovely too). The property has been converted in a very tasteful way and is very well equipped. And the heated pool was a definite plus for us. The owners Cecile and Laurent are lovely - excellent communications and support. Monpazier is nearby, less than 5 minutes by car, and is, for us, the most beautiful and interesting of all the many bastide towns in the area, such an Monflanquin, Villereal, Belves. To eat out, we recommend Chez Minou in Monpazier (really good pizza, and great service). All in all a great stay and we highly recommend this gite.

Reposant et calme

L’endroit est magnifique pour passer des vacances reposantes et au calme. Au milieu de la verdure, la maison est très bien équipée, spacieuse, parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Nous étions une famille de 5 avec 3 adolescents qui ont pu profiter de la grande piscine. Le village de Monpazier à 5 mn est également magnifique.

Logement au top !

A notre arrivée, malgré un ajout de dernière minute, nous avons été très bien reçu , les propriétaires ont été très arrangeants. Si vous souhaitez passer des vacances tranquille, le gîte est vraiment parfait, le coin idem. Le logement est très bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, etc.). A louer sans hésitation !
