Very spacious apartment with air-conditioning, located in a very calm and safe area, all facing the swimming-pool, big terrace overlooking the swimming-pool, great for kids, uncovered closed parking spaces, no car required, easy access to everything within walking distance. Approx. 10 minutes walking distance to beach a 5 minutes to commercial facilities (small shopping centre), close to a big take-away restaurant. A 5 minute walk away from the famous Oura Strip, with great night life, the most animated in Portugal.
The apartment has new plumbing and also a new bathroom.
