You can take advantage of the many activities that Leavenworth has to offer right from your doorstep. 1227 Haus , originally from the early 1900's has been renovated and has a distinct old world charm and atmosphere. 1227 Haus has been enjoyed by many families over the years. After an active and exciting day in the Bavarian village make sure to relax by the cozy gas fireplace or take a soothing hot tub under the wonderful Leavenworth sky.

The cabin was perfect for our needs. It needs a few repairs (i.e. toilet paper holders, kitchen cabinet doors) and the bbq grill needs cleaned. Could have had better backyard lighting. The location was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you so much!

The location was good. It had plenty of off-street parking which is a premium in Leavenworth. The host was available and answered quickly. The house was very nice besides a few minor things (e.g. broken toilet paper holder, etc.). Overall it was wonderful and made our family Christmas in Leavenworth magical!

We had an amazing time and really enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was both close to downtown and the river trail. The house itself was very comfortable and I liked how it still felt like we were away from it all even though all of the great amenities were so close by.
