Beautiful, peaceful, gated community located across the street from the Colorado River. Home is located on a man made river. Close to golf courses and Laughlin, Nevada casinos. Enjoy Arizona's beautiful weather year round. Very close to Lake Havasu and Lake Mohave. Sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and roll out couch in the living room. Home is equipped with a pool table/ping pong table. Garage is used to store boats so it is not accessible to renters.
