Paolo was amazing at communicating and very responsive. The loft was gorgeous and the location was perfect! We were close to everything and walked everywhere! The air conditioning worked very well which was wonderful in the high heat we experienced. Highly recommend! Grazie mille again Paolo!

Host was amazing at communication. Loved being so close to the market and the house was amazing, clean, and well kept. Looking forward to being back in the future. Close to restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Did have to walk about 10 minutes to get to center of the Piazzas but was not far. Recommend 100%!!!

Charming apartment in a great location on a quiet street. We loved the decor! Mercato Centrale and many nice restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk. About 10mins walk to the Duomo area and under 10mins walk from Firenze SMN. The loft area has a pullout bed and beautiful kitchen. The main floor has a nice bedroom and two full bathrooms. We were a group of 4 adults with plenty of space for us all during our 7 nights here. There are steep stairs up to the apartment and from the main floor to the loft area, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. Paolo was lovely to deal with and very responsive to our questions before and during our stay.

Not the first time in Florence. Loved staying in the property. The property owner was very kind and accommodating. Very close to the local grocery store. Loved staying here!

Amazing! This was the most perfect spot for our family. Paolo was very helpful in coordinating a change to itinerary and in greeting me and showing me the property.It was a hot summer but multiple ac units kept us cool. The loft was a refuge from the city. It had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Laundry was very easy as well.Don’t hesitate in this one. Very rare.

We spent a week in Florence. The apartment was beautiful very clean and fully furnished. It is centrally located in the heart of Florence. Communication with Paola was excellent. Very prompt with any questions we had. When we return to Florence I will definitely stay here again.

This apartment is incredibly charming and comfortable! It is cutely decorated and has a well-stocked kitchen. The location is within easy walking distance of the historic town center and the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Apartments, Steps from the Market and Train Station

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is decorated beautifully and everything was very clean. Check-in was a breeze, the owner walked us through the entire house to show us how everything worked. The location was fantastic.

Excellent stay, really nice hosts

We had a wonderful stay in this 2 level apartment. It's spacious, clean and has all amenities that are listed. We were overwhelmed by the niceness and warmth of the hosts - above and beyond. The location is perfect for the Duomo, Uffizi etc. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Had 5 nights in Florence and wanted more space than a typical hotel. Paulo was a great host and kept in touch throughout. Very accommodating. Ten minute walk to Duomo and very quiet area. Apartment had plenty of room and 2 full baths, 2 half. Huge kitchen and dining area if you cared to stay in a do meals (but hard to do in Florence) I would def stay there again!!

Getaway in Florence

We had a wonderful stay in this loft in Florence. The location was perfect for us since we traveled by train and wanted to be near great food and historic sights. We are a family of 5 ages 18-60 and the set up of the loft was good for us, though I wouldn’t say the loft has 3 bedrooms, more 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom spaces. Either way it was an amazing experience and we would definitely visit again.

Perfect stay

We travelled with our children from ages 13-21 and they all said this place was their favorite place to stay among all other places. The split level gave everyone their own space. Great amenities and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the nights we wanted to stay and cook. We also love the location as it was in the center of everything. Most importantly we felt very safe and relaxed there.
