Fantastic location in the heart of historic Florence less than 5 min walk from Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Compact apartment with plenty of room for a couple or a couple with children. The host met us at the apartment and came on the last day to order a cab for us which was a great help. Would absolutely stay again.

Fabulous location near Ponte Vecchio, many amenities including kitchen, w/d, snacks and very nice host. Only drawback, if you’re looking for two true bedrooms, there are just single beds near the dining area. Master bedroom is great with separate bath. Thank you Maria.

Wow, what an amazing location! First floor apartment on a quiet street, but only steps away from the action including Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was the perfect size for our family with two bathrooms. Maria was a gracious host. Highly recommended.

The apartment was wonderful. Perfect space for my mom and I to stay, but would be great for a family of four as well. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms meant we had our privacy. The washer/dryer combo meant we had clean laundry after a week of a heatwave. Nice little kitchen and in the absolute perfect location for walking anywhere you want to go.

The location can’t be beat. The apartment is steps away from everything you want to see/do in Florence. The host was able to let us check in a little early. Lots of good restaurant options nearby. The one negative is that the apartment needs a top to bottom cleaning. There was a significant amount of mold in the shower, tiny ants everywhere, and dust. The host acknowledged the bathroom was unacceptable. Hopefully, she will do a thorough cleaning before the next guest.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We loved the two bathrooms, & the beds were very comfortable. Maria was wonderful to correspond with, & Enrico was there to show us around. The apartment is in a perfect area to walk to restaurants and see all the sights. Its very close to the Arno River too. We recommend booking this apartment if you are going to visit Florence!

The hosts made it easy to enjoy a quiet refuge incredibly close to so many major attractions. The beds were all very comfortable, A/C worked well, and it was great to have the little kitchen and washer. Even though the layout is somewhat quirky (as you would expect in a such a historic building) it felt like enough space for 2 adults and 2 college students to rest in between our Florence adventures. The hosts went out of their way to be responsive and help us with an easy check-in and any questions we had. It felt like a great value and I would definitely stay there again and hope to be able to one day soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The beds were comfortable, linens were soft. The shower water pressure was excellent. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. Once we arrived from the airport we never even had to use a taxi. We would stay there again if we are able to come back to Florence in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay as a family of four at this apartments for four nights. The location was absolutely perfect and convenient to the heart of Florence. Communication with the hosts was excellent and check-in was a breeze. The apartment was charming and the first floor location meant no lugging our suitcases up the stairs. The hosts even stock some snack for our stay. It was great to walk right out and around the corner into the shops, crowds and life of the city. If we ever go back (and I hope we will) I will definitely look for this apartment again.

A perfect location, just a couple mins walk from the Uffizi, Galileo Museums. So much to explore in the neighborhood. A short taxi ride from the train station. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the AC worked great even in a hot summer. Having two bathrooms was a nice luxury. We traveled with 3 adults and were very comfortable. The host left us a nice bottle of wine and some snacks and toiletries which was unexpected but pleasant. Washer worked well. When we had trouble with the door handle, she thanked us for telling us and said she would send repair right away. Good communication. I would stay there again.

On a scale of 1 to 10, the location was an 11. So convenient to all the major destinations. The apartment had everything one might need when traveling. A washer/dryer, an iron, blow dryer and an umbrella. Plenty of storage and the 2 bathrooms are a big plus.
