Perfect beachfront location! Daily swims and spectacular sunrises. Walking distance to some great places to eat... Catannina, Naos. Easy drive to Siracusa, Noto, Modica.Just note that the twin bedroom is a bit small for two adults, but perfect for one, just push the beds together.

Amazing location and perfect house for a beach vacation. Just as advertised. The location is stunning and house is perfectly outfitted (and very clean). Check in and host were outstanding, including great recs for places to eat. We couldn't have been happier. We would stay here again without question.

Perfection by the sea! Everything exceeded our expectations- so many comfortable places to sit, high quality beds and linens, well equipped kitchen. The 3 of us loved our 3 weeks swimming, exploring the region, occasionally dining out, and cooking at home from supplies obtained in Avola. We’ve rented many homes in many countries, and this was our favorite. Living with the sound of the sea, we moved between beach, deck chairs, and hot tub and appreciated having inside and outside dining tables. The shower in the laundry room was useful, as was the modern washing machine. The host was always responsive.So much to love about this spot!

Lovely house, great location with direct access to beautiful beach, hot tub too, we - six adults- had a wonderful week. Would definitely recommend. We picked this location because we didn’t want to hire a car and you can access via train and also do great day trips by train as well which we enjoyed.

Very clean, incredible view of the ocean. Kitchen was well equipped and Illaria our hostess was phenomenal. She even arranged a chef to come to the home and cook us an authentic delicious Sicilian dinner Excellent air conditioning. . As others have mentioned, I would encourage a compact car. Highly recommend this Vrbo, you will be very happy here.

Excellent beach stay

Perfect place to have a relaxing beach holiday. Property is right on a fantastic beach and the jacuzzi is a wonderful bonus! Whole family really enjoyed it!

Beautiful location on the beach. Well presented property with great facilities. Well situated to explore Syracuse and the hinterland. The host was excellent and dealt with a slight a/c issue quickly, competently and without fuss. The hot tub was enjoyed by the family. The whole villa was very clean. A perfect location to enjoy the sea, the beach and the surrounding area. The air conditioned bedrooms provided much welcomed sanctuary in the heat of the day. A gentle stroll to an excellent local pizza/pasta/fish restaurant. A bakery was a five minute walk so fresh pastries and bread were readily available daily. Next door was a granita/gelato shop. Happy kids. A local convenience shop provided the basics. Supermarkets were plentiful.

Superb villa on the beach

We had a delightful 10-day stay in May. The location is great and the view is wonderful. The house is roomy, well furnished and equipped as described and more. Savored our morning espressos and breakfasts on the terrace. Just had a fantastic time!

Everything was wonderful for our family of 3 generations for the holiday. Access to the beach was a bit tricky for grandparents at first but we all learned. The house was perfect and we will come again.

Wonderful house in the perfect setting . House has been renovated to a high standard. The Manager was extremely helpful and changed bed pillows immediately on request. Well equipped house with everything you need for a beach stay. WiFi washing facilities all worked well. Make sure you rent a small car as the gates are very narrow. We have been here two years in a row and will definitely come back next year .

Great family vacation spot on the beach.

The property was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Great spot on the beach, just walk out the gate. Great set up with hoses and shower when returning from beach. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Terrace was a great place for meals and jabbing out. Easy access to restaurants (highly recommend Capaninna for pizza and pasta dishes), gelateria, and small grocery. All capped with a dip in the hot tub in the evening.

Lovely villa

Great property and as described with everything that you would need for a family holiday. Right on the beach with access. We enjoyed the hot tub most evenings with great views. We visited early April and there wasn’t much open in the local area no restaurants or bars except a beach bar not far from the villa. There is a shop and coffee shop. So glad we had a car and local train station 15min walk away.

Lovely beach-side villa

Our stay at the villa was fantastic, the location is great - overlooking Fontane Bianchi beach with very easy access. The terrace was realy well equipped with loungers, dining table and hot tub (fun!). The whole place was clean, uncluttered and comfortable, contemporary and airy. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay and enjoy all the facilities and local bars/restaurants. Easy to get to Syracusa, Modica and Noto plus lots of other gorgeous towns in the area. Wonderful hoiday and would love to return.

Perfect beach holiday

We have just spent an idyllic week at this charming home right on the beach . The location could not be better.. the sea on your doorstep and a clean, sandy beach dotted with restaurants and bars. The house was perfect for 3 adults and 2 children. It was spacious ( huge balcony) the wifi was good , the beds really comfortable and all tastefully furnished. All our contact with the host was seamless . Thank you and hopefully we’ll be back.
