Villa Sunshine is a modern villa located between the historic center of Syracuse, the island of Ortigia and the seaside area of Arenella, Fanusa and the splendid Marina del Plemmirio reserve
The Structure Consists Of Six Bedrooms, Each Room Has A Bathroom, TV, Air Conditioning ,, Hair Dryer and Wifi Connection.

At the entrance C is a solarium with swimming pool where you can spend hours in total relaxation ...
The Villa is only 3/5 minutes from the seaside areas, Riserva Marina Del Plemmirio, Arenella, Fanusa, Ognina and 10 minutes from Fontane Bianche and 7 minutes from the famous historic center of Ortigia, a place of art and culture, surrounded by the sea, between the most beautiful in the world and frequented by numerous tourists, day and night.
In about 40 minutes you arrive in Avola, Noto, Pachino, Marzamemi, Portopalo, San Lorenzo, the famous Calamosche beach, in about 60 minutes you arrive in Modica, Ragusa, Ispica.

We had a very nice stay! It looks beautiful, is very modern and has all things that your need. We stayed here with 5 adults and 3 children. It’s very convenient that you have different small appartments/ large rooms that you rent all at once. The owner Salvos was very nice and helpfull. I would highly recommend this accomodation!

A group of 12 of us stayed a long weekend. The place was amazing and we all had plenty of space. The pool, kitchen and barbaque were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Salvos was an amazing host, very responsive and helped with recomendations as well as helping coordinate taxis for our large group. Recomend very highly!

Salvos is very serviceminded and he contacted us regularly to make sure everything was OK. He was very fast to help with any issues. He was also very helpful to guide us to sights, beaches, and restaurants. He made dinner reservations for us on request and made sure we had good service, where we went. He also helped us obtain the information we wanted. The house was nice and clean, and everything was working. We particularly enjoyed the very nice pool. Thank you Salvos!

Excellent base for a week in Sicilian sunshine

Host, Salvos, was a real asset. We had a dreadful start to our holiday with a five hour flight delay and as a result our car hire vehicles were rented out to others. Salvos helped us - a party of eight - get to the villa. Nothing was too much trouble. He loaned us his car so we could do a supermarket shop. He was the perfect host. The swimming pool area was a lovely spot to enjoy the sunshine. Villa a great base from which to explore, but use of a car essential as location is at a distance from the nearest town..

Prettig verblijf in Fanusa

We hebben een fijne vakantie achter de rug. Salvos was een heel goede gastheer en gaf regelmatig goed advies over restaurants, activiteiten en uitstappen. De kamers waren prima in orde.

Une semaine sicilienne

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa une semaine fin juillet. Notre groupe était constitué de deux familles avec de grands enfants. La maison convenait parfaitement avec ses 6 chambres indépendantes climatisées avec chacune son accès extérieur. Nous avons profité du coin cuisine et de la pergolas pour prendre petit-déjeuner et apéros. La piscine est grande et dispose de petits salons de jardin, transats pour passer un agréable moment. Salvos nous a accueilli très tard dans la soirée suite à un souci a l’aéroport de Catane et une arrivée sur un aéroport auxiliaire ce qui a entraîné un retard et une arrivée vers 1h00 du matin. Au cours de notre séjour, il a su nous conseiller de très bons restaurants où nous avons pu découvrir les spécialités siciliennes. Il s’est toujours inquiété de savoir si nous ne manquions de rien ou si tout se passait. La proximité de Syracuse (15 minutes en voiture), nous a permis de passer de belles soirées sur l’île d’Ortigia. Nous recommandons cette location conforme à son descriptif, propre et agréable à vivre!

Beautiful Villa

We had a brilliant holiday in this Villa and it was perfect for our group of 3 families, with 6 teenagers and 6 adults. The villa is very spacious with a lovely pool, is is very well equipped. The local area is beautiful with much to see, and we would recommend visits to Ortigia, Noto and Marzamemi. The villa owner, was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and his help was invaluable in ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stay extremely special. We would absolutely recommend this villa!
