Situated in Matta e Peru, Budoni ' hamlet is a lovely and confortable house fully renovated close to the beach (100 metres) and the pinewood (50 metres)

The home fully renovated in the 2023 has 4 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,kitchen,living room,terrace,a big,water purification plant,air conditioning at ground zero and at 1 floor.
barbeque with 2nd kitchen and patio with a big table for 20 persons for eating outdoor renovated in 2024

The house has also a big garden and a private parking.

Upon arrival, at the check in

-the guest must pay a cash deposit of 300,00 euros, which will be returned on the day of departure, after deducting additional costs and any damage to the property.
