Very quiet apartment in a new residence (Domaine de Maria Stella) with a pool area and ideally located: near beach, downtown, shops and port. The apartment (75 m2) is composed of a living room, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a large terrace (more than 25 m2) overlooking the pine forest of the residence. In order to allow greater comfort the apartment is intended to accommodate 4 people. It is air-conditioned, well appointed, tastefully decorated and regularly renewed equipment.

Superbe séjour , emplacement au top et à quelques pas des plages et des commerces . Un emplacement idéal. Appartement spacieux, très propre, et bien équipé avec une piscine agréable . Propriétaire très gentil et à l’écoute . Avec un petit présent d’accueil . Tout ce qu’il faut pour passé un bon séjour .

superbe appartement tout confort à Calvi

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cet appartement moderne et très confortable. Il est très bien équipé, la résidence est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Calvi et du centre ville. Toutes commodités à proximité. Résidence de standing, calme. Propriétaire charmante. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir !

Superbe

Très bien situé dans Calvi, appartement très bien entretenu et, bien équipé.La gentillesse de l’accueil par Chantal .Je recommande ce très bel endroit avec un parc ombragé, piscine et garage.

Résidence calme au mois de juin et très bien agencée fidèle à la description

Très bon accueil avec un présent de bienvenue, bien situé dans un parc avec soleil uniquement le matin, très bien quand il fait chaud. Très bonnes literies et bien équipée.

Agréable séjour dans un appartement de standing

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable qui restera au rang des bons souvenirs. La corse est vraiment une île de beauté et Le confort de la location dans une belle résidence à renforcé la qualité du séjour. Très bon accueil et les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été cordiaux.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig und toll ausgestattet. Calvi ist wunderschön und mit dem tollen Sandstrand und der hübschen Altstadt perfekt für Familien!

Logement idéal

Nous avons passé un excellent moment à Calvi. La propriétaire est charmante et compréhensive . L'appartement est tres bien situé , proche des commerces, de la plage et de la gare. Pas besoin de voiture ! On s y sent comme à la maison. Il n y manque rien. Le seul petit bémol s'il faut en trouver un est le manque de lumière . Mais ce n est vraiment pas grand chose. La résidence est sécurisée, le jardin bien entretenu. Nous n avons pas testé la piscine mais elle avait l air agréable. Bref, si nous devions retourner à Calvi nous retournerions sans hésiter dans cette location. D ailleurs ceux qui y vont une fois y retournent souvent et louent d une année sur l autre... c est dire !

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, propre et situé dans une résidence verdoyante. Décoration soignée, literie confortable, équipement très complet. Plages et commerces à proximité, ce qui permet de ne pas utiliser tout le temps son véhicule, ce qui est très appréciable. Propriétaires charmants et à l'écoute. Location à recommander, sans aucun doute.

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, très propre, au calme dans un écrin de verdure. Rien ne manque en cuisine, literie confortable, clim très appréciable.
