Very quiet apartment in a new residence (Domaine de Maria Stella) with a pool area and ideally located: near beach, downtown, shops and port. The apartment (75 m2) is composed of a living room, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a large terrace (more than 25 m2) overlooking the pine forest of the residence. In order to allow greater comfort the apartment is intended to accommodate 4 people. It is air-conditioned, well appointed, tastefully decorated and regularly renewed equipment.
