Comfortable 3-room apartment located in a nice residence built in 2016, of reduced size (around thirty apartments).
The residence is very well located as it is close to all amenities and tourist attractions; ideal for a great stay in Calvi. Everything is accessible on foot: shops, the old town and its citadel, restaurants, supermarket, port, beach ... The car is therefore not compulsory.
The apartment is located on the 1st and last floor (so there is no one above) with elevator and has a private parking space in a secure car park.

Description:
Surface: 60 m2 + 13m2 of terrace
- 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) + closet
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 cm) which can be combined to form a 160 bed + cupboard,
- 1 bathroom with shower, sink, towel dryer,
- 1 separate WC
- 1 open fitted kitchen (microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer ...)
- 1 living room with dining area, TV and sofa bed (Bultex comfort mattress)
- 1 shaded terrace of 13 m² equipped with a table with chairs and a garden furniture.

Sheets, towels and End cleaning are optional. Please check the prices.
Disposable mattress pads are also provided to cover the mattress protections.

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Calvi - the apartment is perfectly placed to walk both into town and the beach and is very comfortable and quiet. The balcony was a lovely place to sit out on with a glass of wine in the evening looking at the view of the old town. Our host Carole was very helpful and we would be more than happy to stay here again. It was great!

Calvi et Balagne en famille

Appartement tres propre, très bien équipé et à 10 minutes à pied de la citadelle. Des hôtes très bien qui anticipent bien l'arrivée et le départ. Fortement recommandé en famille pour 4 personnes !

Appartement de grand confort à quelques pas de la Citadelle

Avons séjourné 1 semaine avec 3 enfants. L’appartement est parfaitement aménagé et équipé. Absolument rien ne manque. Literie parfaite. Balcon très agréable avec vue. Emplacement idéal, Au calme. À 10min à pieds de la superbe plage de Calvi, de la Citadelle et du supermarché. Merci à Carole Marchau pour sa gentille attention. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l’été prochain. Je recommande +++ cette location.

cet appartement est idéalement situé à Calvi, tout est accessible à pied très rapidement: la plage , les commerces, la citadelle L'appartement est très bien équipé et conforme à ce qui figure dans la description seule petit bémol, il n'y a pas de climatisation et bien qu'il s'agisse d'une résidence labellisée très haute performance énergétique, quand les nuits sont chaudes , ce n'est pas idéal pour dormir

L'appartement est situé dans un endroit calme et no loin du centre ville , 700 à 800 m, très propre, et très facile a trouvé. Une expérience agréable a recommencé dès que possible

Sehr schönes Appartment!

Super Ferienwohnung in bester Lage. Modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Großer Balkon, von dem man noch ein bisschen von der Zitadelle sieht. Gepflegte, ruhige Anlage mit Stellplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen. Bei Fragen war sie stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswertes Domizil. Der Ort und die Bucht sind sowieso ein Traum und der perfekte Startpunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen im Norden Korsikas.

10 jours merveilleux! Appartement idéal

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Calvi, l'appartement convenait parfaitement à nos besoins (une famille de 4 personnes, dont deux ados de 16 et 18 ans). La location est moderne, idéalement située, proche de la plage et du port, mais suffisamment en retrait pour le calme. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse avec une belle vue sur la citadelle. Le parking privé est un atout supplémentaire dans la ville de Calvi. L'appartement est à la fois confortable et fonctionnel, tout conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Il ne nous manquait de rien de sorte que nous avons passé quinze jours de vacances très agréables. L'accueil par les propriétaires était très sympa. Nous recommanderons l'appartement et ont déjà envie d'y retourner.

Super Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben mit unserem kleinen Sohn zwei Wochen in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie liegt fußläufig zu Altstadt, Strand und Hafen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder! Familie Klein

très belles vacances!

L’appartement est très joli et propre, avec une belle terrasse, sa position excellente pour l’accès aux plages de Calvi et avec un parking privé si vous partez avec votre voiture. La position de l’appartement est tout à fait stratégique pour visiter les merveilleux endroits de Balagne. Il y a une cuisine très bien équipée, de façon que l’on peut préparer des bons repas, et il y a aussi une lave-vaisselle et une lave-linge. Bien qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation, la temperature à l’intérieur est quand-même agréable grâce à sa double exposition et à son isolation thermique. La propriétaire était très sympa et a été toujours très disponible et réactive à nos communications avant et pendant notre séjour. Bref, nous le recommandons pour passer des vacances inoubliables!

Très bel appartement !
