Awesome place and location

My bible study group stayed here for a Women’s conference this weekend. It was clean, well kept, with a great layout. Comfortable beds. Pretty views. Location is very convenient to Dollywood and convention center. Only negatives were lack of parking and poor lighting around the building.

Nice cabin

The condo/cabin was great! The location is very convenient to surrounding restaurants, shops, and shows. There is plenty of space for everyone in our party. I would recommend getting the stair well lights fixed; it's very dark and hard to see the stairs.

Enjoyable Stay

This property was very clean and enjoyable. The family enjoyed a few visits to the hot tub and being together in the sizable common area was nice. Having access to a washer and dryer was a nice feature. When we checked out the email link to our Eden Crest passport, we found some great offers for area attractions - that was an impressive surprise. The down-side was minor inconveniences - parking was a little challenging a couple days, being on the third floor was a bit of a work-out, and since the facility is rather large, the pool was a bit of a hike. If there was one thing that would have made the unit a step up, it would be the addition of at least a 1/2 bath. We had eleven people and two bathrooms. No problem sleeping 11; but getting everyone ready in the mornings was a challenge. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and the location. I would return to stay again. Thank you for a great week in the Smokies!

Not what we expected

So let’s start with the positives: -Plenty of room for a large crowd -Plenty of hot water for showers -Free passes for each night’s stay -Friendly staff when you call Now for the negatives: -Up a VERY steep hill -Not much parking if there are several large groups...so you have to walk up that very steep hill to get to your condo -No elevator, which is a big safety issue for guests that aren’t as physically fit as you need to be to get to the 3rd floor condo. -NOTHING in the kitchen. No spices, coffee filters, trash bags, very little pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The pans didn’t cook evenly and everything stuck to them -The beds were AWFUL. If it didn’t sink to the floor when you sat on it, it squeaked anytime you moved. The twin beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable. There was hair on some of our “clean” linens. -The AC/heat was very inconsistent. Thermostat said 69, but it felt like a furnace in the condo. -The couches weren’t in the greatest shape. There was a busted light cover in the kitchen. -We could hear the condo next to us in the living room of our condo..walls super thin. We were not very impressed with this condo and will definitely not be repeat guests. There were just too many issues. We stay in vacation rentals regularly and have never been in one that didn’t supply basic kitchen supplies like spices and coffee filters. It’s basically like a hotel that’s large enough for a group to gather. I don’t see many people actually cooking because you have to go out and buy pretty much everything. So if a below average hotel space is what you’re after, by all means book here. If you’re looking for somewhere to hang out and enjoy time at the condo, this is probably not the place for you.

Had no idea on 3 floor. Hard to make stairs. needs cosmetic upgrades,. Floor in bathrooms caulking around toilets and tubs. Touch up paint on walls. Mire towels would be nice. Had to wash every day. Kitchen was fine but refrigerator leaks and master bedroom breaker kept throwing.

The condo it’s self was great

The condo its self was great. It was clean and roomy. I don’t know if I overlooked description or it just didn’t say it, but it was on 3 rd floor and no elevator. The last sets of stairs on our end was covered in what I assume was dog crap, so we used different set of stairs. The parking was a nightmare to say the least. We would go back again but try to get a bottom condo. My husband has had a knee replacement go bad. The condo has everything you will need. The ping pong table was a hit with the grandkids.

Spacious unit but No working AC

Arrived at our unit about 6:30 pm on check-in day. The size and layout of unit we perfect for our families (4 adults, 2 teens, 2 children). Very spacious and clean for an older property. However we quickly discover this AC is not work. It was 84 inside the unit. We reached out to the property manager and maintenance came quickly. Maintenance told us the AC unit had JUST been replaced and they could not work on unit or it would void warranty and they would have to get the contractor that installed to unit out. We were advised by property manager that the AC contractor would come out between 12 AM - 1 AM. We found this to be unacceptable for many reason but primarily a safety issue. We had planned to cook dinner at the property this night but forced to go out to dinner because it was too hot to cook and turn on oven. The maintenance staff went above and beyond to locate portable AC units and fans to help make the accommodations slightly more bearable. They delivered and installed these items around 10:30 PM. Several people had to sleep in living room with windows open and fans going because we were unable to cool bunk room. We reached out to property manager the next day for new accommodation and got the run-around. We were told the AC contractor was coming to fix the unit; while maintenance told us the AC contractor came and motherboard on unit was fried and could not be fixed until after out stay. Property mgmt said they could not provide other accommodations.

Well needed vacation

Condo was very nice. Wasn't too happy about being on the 3rd floor, having to walk up and down all the steps. And it can get very loud when they have parties, so no quite time on our porch at night a few nights. But couldn't hear the parties inside the condo. Great contact with company. Overall we had fun. Would definitely go again.

Quaint little cabin

Cabin is very clean and roomy. It has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the company was great. Only downside is having to climb 4 flights of stairs. But we were aware of that at booking. We would stay again but try to get a cabin on the ground floor.
