It is a small villa in one of the most beautiful parts of the Mediterranean coast, ideally located in a residential area from which you reach WALKING in a few minutes to the beach and the picturesque town of Moraira with its attractive marina, beautiful beaches and a large number of shops, markets and restaurants, offering a high variety for any pocket.

WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED THE CLEANING BETWEEN GUESTS WITH OZONE TO GUARANTEE TOTAL HYGIENE, OF MATTRESSES, CURTAINS, FURNITURE, ETC ... SO THEY CAN ENJOY SOME HOLIDAYS WITHOUT FEARING ANYTHING.
The house is in perfect condition, renovated in 2015, its large windows and high ceilings transmit amplitude and well-being. The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
There is a sunny terrace that allows to enjoy the good weather throughout the year. The garden with its trees is the perfect place for hot days or for barbecues.

Within 30 minutes drive our guests will find a big number of interessting, unforgettable offers for the whole family such as well known theme parks (Terra Mítica, Terra natura, Aqualandia etc.), 6 Golf courses, various Tennis clubs (in summer with daily group lessons for young children), exciting trips to impressive stalactites caves, waterfalls and natural freshwater pools (Fuentes de Algar), beautiful hiking routes and much more.
