Cozy house, very pleasant and fresh in the summer, located in a beautiful area of ​​Grasse on private land, surrounded by olive trees, paradise of children's games. To welcome you, the house has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet upstairs and the ground floor a living room, a kitchen, a toilet with washing machine. On the terrace enjoy the garden furniture and sofas to take meals or relax. Private parking

The place is ideal to stay at home and avoid the hot weather, relax or go for great walks. The sea is near. After a few hours on the beach you will be happy to find a relaxing and cool place. Endroit très ombragé et maison remarquable pour sa fraîcheur et son authenticité. Plusieurs terrasses à utiliser suivant l'heure qu'il est. Mme Lebreton est très sympathique et réponds à toutes les questions. je recommande cet endroit car c'est un Havre de paix. A refaire

Entspannung pur!

Ein einfaches, aber sehr schönes, altes Haus mit Garten. Ideal als Startpunkt für Wanderungen/Radtouren und eine halbe Autostunde vom Meer entfernt, z. B. Plage la Bocca. Grasse selbst aber auch Mougins oder Valbonne sind als Ausflugsziele super erreichbar. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Und die Technik im Haus hat vollständig funktioniert (das ist leider nicht selbstverständlich). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Provencalisches Landhaus

Ein typisches, französisches Landhaus, zwischen Hügeln gelegen! Wunderschöner Blick aus den Schlafzimmern, Es liegt in einem eingewachsenen Garten an einer Straße. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut zu nutzen, aber die Ausstattung ist nicht modern, sondern urtümlich.

Entspannungsurlaub

Eine nette Gastgeberin erwartete uns bei der Ankunft und erklärte uns alles Wissenswerte. Das Haus liegt zwischen Olivenbäumen und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber solide.

Schlichtes Landhaus

Wir mögen durchaus die lässige französische Lebensart, aber dann sollte man auch dazu stehen. Das Haus als Villa zu bezeichnen trifft den äußerst schlichten Charakter mitnichten. Die Fotos im Internet verschleiern manches recht geschickt. Schade, dass die Terrasse nur mit einem Sonnensegel und nicht mit einer guten Markise verschattet ist; so war es mittags sehr warm und einmal regnete sogar so stark durch, dass man im wenig einladenden Innern sitzen musste. Das Bett ist bequem, der Kühlschrank nagelneu, die Gastgeberin ist sympathisch und unkompliziert. Insgesamt erscheint uns der Preis eher zu hoch.

Originelles Häuschen mit Garten in einem Olivenhain. Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum von Grasse ca. 2km.

Ideales Quartier, um von dort aus Unternehmungen zu machen. Abseits vom Rummel, und doch in der Nähe der Städte Grasse und Cannes.

Wunderbar entspannter Sommerurlaub

Wir waren begeistert vom Häuschen, seiner Umgebung und die Möglichkeiten für die verschiedensten Unternehmungen. Im Haus konnten wir uns zurückziehen, wenn es zu heiß wurde und abends entspannt im Garten sitzen. Isabel hat uns warmherzig empfangen und verabschiedet. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

Détente assurée dans un écrin de verdure

Nous avons loué la maison de Madame Lebreton pendant deux semaines au mois d'août. Elle est spacieuse et aménagée avec goût. Le jardin se décline en plusieurs terasses et foisonne de végétation. Le quartier St. Jean est situé un peu à l'extérieur du centre de Grasse. Il est aéré et très calme. Des fenêtres des chambres on a une belle vue sur un horizon vallonné et verdoyant. L'endroit est idéal comme point de départ pour visiter les villes et villages de la région, explorer la nature de l'arrière-pays ou simplement lézarder sur une plage. L'accueil de la propriétaire est à la fois chaleureux et efficace.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Une vue époustouflante pour cette maison située dans un cadre totalement dépaysant et des plus agréables. Sans omettre la sympathique rencontre de la très avenante et chaleureuse propriétaire. Ce court séjour restera parmi nos meilleurs souvenirs
