A great stay!

My family and I so enjoyed staying at this apartment. Location was great, apartment was clean and comfortable, and check in couldn’t have been easier. It was nice to be a few streets away from the bustling tourist area, especially at the height of the busy season. I’d stay here again, absolutely.

Great apartment in great area of Venice.

Castello is a great area of Venice to stay.Close to everything and great easy access to airport.The apartment has everything you need and is exactly as advertised.Will happily stay here again when in Venice.

Hosts were very helpful and flexible. Property ideally located. Plenty of space with massive bedrooms (both). Supermarket just round the corner and bakery 80 metres away. Also good restaurants down the road.

Venice family getaway

Property was in an excellent location. Quiet in the evening and easy walking distance to the main attractions. Close to Ospedale waterbus stop for travel to islands and airport. Host was very easy to contact and provided good recommendations for places to eat and drink.

Bright clean and comfortable

We all enjoyed the neighborhood, which was a little less touristy than Rialto or S Marco would have been. The apartment was bright and roomy and had access to a lovely quiet garden. Orial, who met us was friendly and helpful. We had a great week.

It doesn't get any better than this

Spacious flat, everything available, landlords are very friendly and helpful. Price for the accommodation is absolutely fine - NO DISCOUNT!!!! Location is perfect, everything within 15 minutes walking distance. We felt very comfortable and I can only recommend it!

Perfect location

A lot of stairs to the property which has roomy bedrooms but a limited space in the bathroom and sitting area. Francesco the host met us at the Vaparetto stop and was on hand for any questions and advice. Very helpful. A perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood, close to San Marco etc.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay. We were given very accurate directions for our arrival. We were met by Fransceco at the Ospedale vaporetto stop and walked to the suite. It was great to get some local perspective and directions for different places from someone local. The suite was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet and restful at night. The perfect location for walking around Venice or going to local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in this area and at this suite. We couldn't have been happier.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

We were told what vaporetto stop to go to and were met there by Francesco. It would be very hard to find otherwise! We used it as a home base while we explored the city. It is very close to the Ospedale stop and from there it’s easy to get to most of the other sestieri. The apartment is large and well-light, if somewhat sparsely furnished. It is also up two long, steep sets of stairs, so take your physical limits into consideration.

Wir wurde sehr sehr freundlich empfangen und sogar vom vaporetto abgeholt. Alles wurde verständlich erklärt und der checkin war auch unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war so sauber wie man es selten erlebt. Das einzige was man verbessern könnte wäre etwas mehr Geschirr. Vielen Dank.

Thanks for your feedback! Yes, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, as indicated on the advert and the garden is on the ground floor, as you could have expected, being a garden in Venice and not a hanging garden in Babylon.

Appartement très bien placé (à 10 minutes de la place St-Marc) avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour. L’appartement est bien équipé, propre, facile d’accès. Appartamento arioso e luminoso, con stanze ampie e confortevoli, e complessivamente ben curato, in una posizione agevole per raggiungere sia i luoghi di maggiore interesse turistico che il Lido, per noi fondamentale visto che veniamo a Venezia ogni anno per la Mostra del Cinema.L'unico suggerimento che posso dare è di specificare nell'annuncio che il giardino interno è uno spazio comune e non esclusivo.Ci piacerebbe tornare in futuro.

Wohung

Die Wohung war sauber, ordentlich und liegt in einem guten Quartier von Venendig mit guten Einkaufmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und vielen Restaurants.Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde die Wohnung gereinigt, es gab frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Leider ist die Ausstattung mit Geschirr etwas dürftig, es fehlten Frühstücksteller und es gibt nur eine Kanne für Tee oder Kaffee.Die Aussage, dass es ein Wohnzimmer gibt ist großzügig, denn es steht nur ein Sofa auf dem Flur!!!.Eine Verbesserung wäre es, wenn die Wohung mit Insektenrollos ausgerüstet würde.Der Garten bedarf noch einer Gestattung, um ihn nutzen zu können.

Grand appartement dans quartier sympa

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier tres sympa, au calme de l'agitation mais tres proche de tout. Nous avons apprécié la décoration et l'espace.
