Come stay at this beautiful villa featuring GOLF course & CAMELBACK MOUNTAIN VIEWS! This ground floor, remodeled condo features tile flooring, maple cabinets & granite countertops. No stairs for this condo! The modern furnishings include a WiFi, smart TV in the living room plus an additional tv in the bedroom. The spacious bedroom features a king bed with an upgraded mattress for relaxing evenings. There is plenty of closet and storage space in the bedroom as well. There is also a work station/desk for your convenience. The living room features a pull out bed for additional sleeping options. The living room and bedroom both include ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable climate for your stay. There is the convenience of laundry with a washer/dryer in the suite. Two oversized patios features seating for four plus two comfortable lounge chairs for soaking in the sunshine.

This resort style community features heated pools & spas, state-of-the-art fitness center, movie theatre and yoga room. Sunscape villas is a mere 15 minutes to the airport. Really enjoyed staying here, perfectly sized for a single person or couple. Excellent natural light, two balconies, really good internet, clean, organized and close proximity to a great walking path. Lots of businesses nearby.

Arizona vacation

The condo was clean, check in was easy, and the area felt very safe. The pool and hot tub were never overly busy so it always felt relaxing. Old town Scottsdale was walking distance away. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was nice to be close to restaurants and amenities. And we liked being on an executive golf course that wasn’t as costly. The condo wasn’t fancy, but comfortable and well appointed. Josh was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. Overall, it was great for the price.

Check in check out process was simple and well communicated. Great Communication before and during stay with Joshua. Location is great walking biking green belt nearby. Bashas grocery store and Walgreens right across the street <& Mc Donald’s)About one mile from Old Town, and shopping.

Excellent property. Clean and location was excellent! Joshua also allowed me a late checkout moving times around with the cleaners as my flight was later! Pool was lovely. One minor detail is the pullout couch is not sleepable so would recommend this property for 2 people max :) Definitley will return!

Perfect location

Every couple of years I come to the Phoenix area for the MSBL Old Guy World Series. We play a whole bunch of baseball in a very few days. Our place to stay is super important. Great location, washer and dryer, comfortable bed and pool are super important and this spot was great. Looking forward to next year and hoping my team does better and Josh’s place is available again.

The location, facing the golf course and close enough to Old Town to walk was wonderful. Management was very responsive, ordering replacement items for things missing. Some noise from bust road close by. In addition, unit is older, although it has been updated. Overall there were a few things I would like to see changed but will consider staying here again.

Great Stay

We were pleased with the condo and location. We found it easy to go to stores and restaurants and it was comfortable. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a great bonus. I must say I was happy for a footstool to get into the high bed. The host was quick to reply to any issues we had. The only complaints we had was there was a real shortage of silverware in the kitchen and during the 3 rain and windstorms we had, we had to lay towels on the window ledge in the bedroom because it was raining in. Overall, we would stay here again.

The property was clean and quiet with a nice view across the golf course. The location was great! Close to Old Town Scottsdale, restaurants, shopping, and easy access to highways to go anywhere in the Phoenix area. My only complaint was the air conditioning. There was a note demanding that the temperature be set at no lower than 78 degrees. Fortunately, we were out of the condo during the day but with outdoor temps at 90, it was very uncomfortable late afternoon and evening. I would absolutely recommend this property but not in late spring or summer!

Great location for reasonable price

The property is located in an original 40+ year old apartment complex. It faces onto the Continental golf course. It worked well for us. The long heated pool was the biggest plus for us. It was kept clean and at a pleasant temperature. Also a spa and exercise room were beside it. Everything we needed was included and we had a great time in our visit to Scottsdale. Two problems we had Joshua resolved quickly. The first was the cable TV, Cox. Which having had Cox in the past did not surprise me. Cox came out and replaced the box. So it should be good for about another 5 years. The other was the front door that was difficult to open which Joshua came round and fixed immediately.

Second Time Guest, Would Stay Again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and overall, it was a great experience for an extended stay. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit was a major plus, especially for a longer stay. There is also a dedicated covered parking space along with a nice on-site gym and pool. The covered parking space provided peace of mind on the hot days. The location of this apartment is its best feature. It is situated right on a golf course, and its proximity to Old Town Scottsdale is another major plus. One thing to note, though, is that we did encounter a few more roaches than we did last year. While it wasn't a major issue, it's something to be aware of. However, the management was responsive and assured us they would address the situation quickly. Despite the minor inconvenience, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment for its comfort, location, and overall positive experience.

This place is a dump!

The photos that are shown must have been taken 20 years ago does not look like the photos shown. The place was a dump! It had not been cleaned or maintained. The dishwasher was full of dirty dished. The dishes are old and etched. The stove had not been cleaned in 10 years. The refrigerator door would not close properly. The walls and vents were dirty. The carpet is old and had not been vacuumed. The vacuum cleaner did not work. The chair in the living room was torn. The bed had not been made. The dresser drawers were dirty. The outdoor patios were dirty and so were the chairs. The place was so bad we could not stay there.

The previous renter did not leave the condo to our standards. The concerns were raised and we offered to address the issues or offer a full refund. A full refund was issued. We strive for 100% satisfaction and when this is not achieved, we are disappointed and address the concerns. We have owned the property for 7+ years with many 5 star reviews. This one fell short and all the items have been addressed.

I had an amazing stay at this property. The apartment had some updates compared to what was in the photos (tile/vinyl floors, no carpet), was extremely spacious with lots of natural light and amazing views of the golf course & mountains! Very comfortable bed & couch, kitchen was very well-stocked. Close parking stall & a short walk to the pool. Joshua was an incredible host and responded promptly to any matters that required his attention. My only critique would be cleanliness- you can tell it's used/cleaned as a rental only in terms of baseboards/window sills/patio door tracks/corner cobwebs etc. These are minor details in the grand scheme of the rental, it was definitely livable but I do feel it could use a good deep clean. Overall I had a great stay, I would return myself, and I would recommend this condo to others!

Great choice

Property is located central to anywhere you’d want to go in the valley. Size was perfect, and supplied with enough for daily living upon arrival, with parking space nearby. Grocery store in walking distance and beautiful views with a golf course., and pool very close. The manager was quick to reply and help when we had an issue. So happy we chose this place. Highly recommend.

Great location, views and condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Scottsdale. Had everything we were looking for and easy communication. Check-in and out was simple. Close to everything in the Old Town Scottsdale area. Condo was well appointed and clean. Really nice location close to the pool and excellent views. We will be booking another stay at this condo for our next getaway.
