Belles vacances

Très agréable séjour dans une petite maison confortable, bien décorée et très propre.L'espace extérieur, même en cette saison, était très appréciable, notamment pour les petits déjeuners.Très bon accueil. Je pense que nous reviendrons.

Un logement fonctionnel proche des loisirs et des commerces

Un accueil très sympathique, un propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible. Le logement est bien situé, au calme tout en étant proche des commerces (grandes surfaces, marché, petits commerces). Il est facile de se garer et de plus, il y a un parc tout proche ainsi que le port de plaisance. Nombreux loisirs à proximité : balades, plage, visites... Le logement est bien équipé et la cour est très pratique.

excellent sejour

Gîte bien équipé et très propre dans un environnement calme malgré la proximité du centre ville. Accueil excellent de la part du propriétaire et toujours à notre écoute en cas de petits soucis.

Un bémol le grill

Cette location est bien située dans le centre bourg de Marennes. L'équipement de cuisson se résumant à deux plaques électriques et un four micro ondes, nous aurions pu espérer bénéficier d'un barbecue électrique réellement efficace mais ce ne fut pas le cas (nous avons du payer la consommation électrique excessive de cet appareil défectueux 1h pour cuire trois grillades. Un investissement est donc à prévoir, cela parait nécessaire.
