Ideally located in the heart of the village of Charvet, in Les Arcs 1800, this apartment, completely renovated in 2007, has a rare surface in the mountains and a magnificent view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
A few steps from shops or restaurant and very close to the ski slopes (departure to the ski lifts is on the Place du Miravidi at 20 meters).
The Charvet covered car park is within walking distance.
Ideal for a family with children.

Très bel appartement bien situé...quelques fausses notes

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est très bien équipé et vous trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut, y compris appareil électroménager. Il est grand et idéal si vous êtes nombreux. Départ ski aux pieds en sortant de l'appartement. Zone commercial la porte à côté. A l'arrivée et pendant le séjour, service de conciergerie efficace. Le ménage pourrait être un peu mieux fait, mais cela concerne davantage les locataires précédents et le service de conciergerie. Deux mauvaises surprises: - Il y a un badge d'accès pour le soir. Les codes avaient été changés durant notre séjour et notre badge ne fonctionnait plus. Par chance nous sommes arrivés en même que des gens sans quoi nous aurions pu passer la nuit dehors...le propriétaire aurait dû nous avertir et faire ce suivi. - L'appartement se situe au dernier étage de la résidence et au-dessus se situent des restaurants et terrasses. Si vous êtes un couche tôt, à éviter car le restaurant au dessus est bruyant. Musique à fond jusque 1h du matin la dernière nuit. Dommage, ça gâche un peu le séjour.
