We pay utilities except you pay gas and electric (SDGE). Quiet and respectful guests only. Kindly read operations manual, house rules and disclosures upon move-in.

Pet: very small and gentle pet may be considered.

The amazing San Diego beach weather!!! 75 and sunny! Terrific location just a couple short blocks to Pacific Beach and Misson Bay, surrounded by palm trees, seabirds, sunsets! Walk or bike to downtown PB, Tuesday farmers market, Crystal Pier, Starbucks, Sprouts Market and all the restaurants and nightlife too! Be sure to see our property video!

Cute and comfortable, in a great location. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds. Love watching the sunset from the sofa; dining outside or just lounging in the private backyard. Walk the beach and boardwalk every morning and at sunset. Live the barefoot beach life!
