Beautiful Back House in Ocean Beach

Pristine newly remodeled one bedroom house nestled in a family oriented neighborhood. Put on your walking shoes and explore Ocean Beach, Shelter Island or Cabrillo National Monument Park. After you have enjoyed Some of San Diego attractions come back and enjoy the Backyard and cook on the BBQ and relax.

The home is newly remodeled. A fully landscaped yard takes you to a Spiral staircase to access your private getaway. The home has new stainless steel appliances, Hickory hardwood flooring, newly carpeted Bedroom with new queen bed. There is an iron and ironing board in closet. A standard size closet gives plenty of room to hang all of your clothes. The living room has been newly furnished with a sofa that converts to a full bed. A small Table with two chairs can be used as a desk. The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and utensils to cook with. There is a Keurig coffee maker (some coffee is provided.) and a toaster oven on the counter top. Enjoy eating at the Island breakfast bar .
There is a new stack-able washer and dryer to do your laundry. (So pack light.) Enjoy your own deck with two lounge chairs to enjoy sun bathing or your morning coffee. There is a out door kitchen and island with additional table and chairs to enjoy the BBQ'er. (please keep in mind the out door kitchen is in a common area to be shared with the main house.)

- Dirty Dishes to be put in dishwasher and Start Clean Cycle before you leave. - Food in refrigerator should be removed and disposed of. -Put all dirty linens; Sheets, Towels, etc. near laundry.
- Remove all trash from apartment. -Place Trash in large trash bins located on side of home. DON’T leave trash outside on deck at any time!
-Leave key next to remotes on dining table. -Leave Door unlocked for cleaners -Let me know when you have checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Please be mindful of closing the gate securely after leaving or coming in. Please pull up on the Door Handle after Entering to reset the gate lock!
I ask You and all guests be respectful; -Please keep noise down after 10 p.m. on weekdays and 12 pm on weekends. (Especially in common use areas.)
AIR-CONDITIONER; while running the air conditioner, Please close all windows and doors. When out for the day, please set temperature up to 78 degrees.

This location was very convient for us as it was close to family. VRBO or the host had sent us the wrong gate code, so the initial check in was rough. I texted the host and he sent the correct code. The place is up a spiral staircase and has a spacious living room and kitchen area and bedroom. The bathroom felt small with very little place to set out toiletries. The AC was much appreciated as San Diego was very hot during our stay. We liked having a washer/dryer and used it. We didn't particularly like the sheets on the bed, but that is personal preference. I also thought that given the price, the cleaners could take out the trash.

Thanks for sharing your opinion, The bathroom is actually a 10ft.x 6ft., with a ceiling height of 10 ft. larger than your standard 8x5, what you ment to say is, their is little counter top space, yes the counter top is a smaller top, however their is a large 2 ft wide by 10 foot tall cabinet next to the sink capable to house any toiletries. The spiral stair case is noted in the description of my listing, and to mention leading from these stairs there is a 25 ft. x 8 ft. private Balcony with loungers and chairs, The out door kitchen is also noted in the description and is welcomed to be used. The small cleaning fee you’re referring to doesn’t even cover actual expenses of what I spend in cleaning supplies and maintenance of the place. It is very common to haul out your own trash, clean out the refrigerator of any food when staying in someone’s guest house, it is common courtesy to our cleaners not to have to pick up the trash you created. I truly feel some people are better off staying in an expensive hotel. I am not a hotel! I am better than a hotel! A spacious Back house (625Sq. Ft.) with luxury landscaping, out door kitchen, private settings with a full indoor kitchen, laundry facility, large bedroom, with two televisions, and 5 Tons of Air Conditioning!
