This is a spacious, 6 bedroom, 3 bath unit that spans the entire floor looking out on to 2nd Ave with a beautiful view of The Titans stadium and the Cumberland River.

The master bedroom offers a king bed with full on suite bath. 5 additional bedrooms offer queen size beds.

The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa and a 55' flat screen TV.

This a secure, keyed access to floor entry in a private building. Very safe and centrally located to all that Downtown Nashville has to offer.

The family room is comfortably furnished and features a 55” LED TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker. Tired of eating out? Grab what you need at the urban grocery around the corner and create your own private feast. All pots, pans and utensils provided.

The unit has a washer and dryer included.

Lofts at 203 is perfectly located directly on 2nd Ave just steps to Printer’s Alley, 2 blocks to Broadway & the Honky Tonk District, 3 blocks to Tennessee Performing Arts Center & 5th Ave Arts District, 4 blocks to the Bridgestone Arena & Nashville Symphony Bldg, 6 blocks to the new Convention Center. Just a 5 minute walk across the bridge to a Titans game makes this the perfect choice for a football weekend. So many of Nashville’s other hotspots are also close by. The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, Demonbreun/Midtown, Music Row, West End/Vanderbilt & Hillsboro Village are all a short drive or quick cab ride away. Also we include one role of toilet paper in each bathroom and also one role of paper towels to get you started.

This was one of the cleanest place’s I’ve stayed. Great location, just a couple blocks to Broadway and all the fun things Nashville offers. Bill and Michael were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Best place to stay in Nashville!

We were looking for a place to stay with 8 adults. This apartment was everything we could have hoped for. A fun living area with a Foos Ball game, spotless kitchen and comfy couches. The bathrooms and all of the apartment were spotless. Michael was great at check in. I needed to use a bathroom but we weren’t supposed to check in for another hour. We called him and he let us in and also held our luggage until we needed to go to the airport. Very accommodating and very friendly. We’ll be looking here again when we come back. Thanks Michael! Everyone loved your place!

Being able to walk to everything was a huge plus! Unit was a bit older BUT it didn’t bother us a bit! Michael was excellent with communication and accommodating our needs with arrival/departure arrangement times! It was a excellent space for our large group of 11 and we will absolutely consider it for our next trip!

Perfect downtown location!

We had 6 couples stay here for the CMA fest and it was an excellent location! Walking distance to everything. Property manager was very quick and responsive to questions and a few minor problems we had. I would definitely recommend staying here as we will likely book this place again!

Great location, but poor amenities in the home.

If you're looking for a wonderful location that is walking distance from great bars and restaurants, then this is your spot. However, this loft lacks basic amenities such as closets in bedrooms, shampoo, soap, iron, duvet covers, quality towels, toilet paper holders, and hot water in the master bath. The owner was nice & responsive in trying to fix things, but unfortunately the hot water was never fixed in the master shower, and it was evident a professional cleaning service is NOT used. There was construction going on downstairs/loud drilling that was a nuisance during the stay. This place is OK for throwing a bachelor/bachelorette party, but look somewhere else if you're a working professional expecting different standards.
