Facing the sea, with fabulous views from any of its 4 balconies: a fresh and airy porch, a pergola where you can enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets and 2 terraces solarium intimate and quiet.
The house is in the area of the villages, _ , a quiet and secluded site noise. Las Negras is a small fishing village located in the heart of Natural Park Cabo de Gata, full of endless beaches and hidden coves.

Villa très bien équipée

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la villa Sotavento. Elle est très bien équipée et très propre. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alvaro, les lits étaient faits. Il y a beaucoup de marches d'escaliers mais la vue vaut la peine 😊

Lo mejor, la terraza y sus vistas.

La casa está bastante bien, la terraza tiene unas vistas increíbles y se está genial allí para todo. nosotros hemos estado en diciembre y la casa es bastante fría , sobre todo abajo. Con unos radiadores mejoraría bastante la experiencia.

En general la casa es genial, sobre todo el juego que da la terraza. El personal es muy atento y está siempre dispuesto a resolver los problemas que surjan. Sin embargo, hemos tenido un problema bastante grave que afecta a la calidad/precio del servicio que ofrecen, y que como he comentado se han preocupado por solucionar, pero que ha provocado que la estancia no sea nada cómoda.

Terraza de cine

Lo mejor de la casa es su terraza. Es muy grande y bien acondicionada con zona abierta y en sombra. Para pasarse alli todo el dia. Está cerca de la carretera, pero en esta época no había mucho tráfico y de noche no se oía un ruido. La casa está cerca del centro y estaba muy limpia y en la cocina no se echaba nada de menos. Tiene muchas escaleras, lo que puede ser un problema para algunas personas. El contacto con el propietario muy sencillo y la persona que te recibe muy agradable. Volvería sin duda, evitando los meses de mayor tráfico..

Casa ideal para estancia en grupo

Casa ideal para una estancia en grupo. Esta bien equipada y tiene distintas terrazas para estar a gusto en cualquier momento del día. Se llega al centro del pueblo o a la playa andando. La recomiendo. El dueño muy atento, nos solucionó con agilidad un problema imprevisto.

Un alojamiento muy recomendable

Alojamiento muy bonito, con buenas vistas y a unos minutos a pie de la playa y de la zona más animada de Las Negras. El propietario nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo y siempre estuvo accesible, tanto antes y después, y se interesó por nuestra estancia. El único detalle a mejorar es que los utensilios de cocina son un poco antiguos. Lo demás, perfecto.

Great base for enjoying the local life

Easily accommodated 8 people and gave us the freedom to come and go as we like. Great views over the bay to enjoy meals on the balcony with, and within a few minutes walk of the sea and local bars and restaurants. Thoroughly recommend this location.

Casa en las Negras

Hemos estado un grupo de amigos tres días en las Negras. Rincón precioso, tranquilo y rodeado de zonas espectaculares. La casa muy bien situada, magníficas vistas y con una terraza espectacular que da mucho juego para estar en reunión y para comer. Casa cómoda, tal como se ve en las fotos. De volver por la zona procuraremos volver al mismo sitio.

una semana para desconectar

Fue una semana estupenda. Cabo de Gata es uno de los lugares más bonitos de España. Fuimos en Diciembre y tuvimos un tiempo estupendo, además estaba verde como yo nunca lo había visto (siempre habíamos ido en verano). La casa tiene un tamaño perfecto, tal y como se describe en el anuncio, te sientes como en casa y desayunar en la terraza con esas vistas se convertía en uno de los mejores momentos del día. Además, Las Negras es una ubicación ideal para recorrerse el parque natural. David estuvo muy atento desde el primer día y dispuesto para cualquier duda que nos surgiese. Muchas gracias por tu hospitalidad!

un séjour parfait!

Ce fut un séjour vraiment parfait !! Las negras est un endroit merveilleux, très agréable, calme et vraiment beau.. Un petit bout du monde idéal pour des vacances . Bars a tapas, petits magasins,un supermarché, restaurants, jolie plage, il ne manque rien. Les plages, criques environnantes sont souvent paradisiaques , les paysages magnifiques! La maison est spacieuse, jolie .. la terrasse parfaite pour partager les repas, et la douche extérieure sous l'ombre et le jasmin nous sauve de la chaleur .. Nous avons été bien accueillit . Merci à Yvonne et David pour leur gentillesse. On y retournerait volontiers! Camille

Une très belle maison où il fait bon vivre

Nous avons été tout de suite conquis par cette belle maison en terrasse avec vue sur la baie de las Negras (de splendides levées de soleil sur la mer...). La plage est à 5 mn à pied, donnant sur une mignonne petite baie d'ancien villages pêcheurs. Différents lieux et terrasses extérieures permettent à chacun de trouver un espace de détente et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite cour arrière et sa douche extérieure surtout les enfants en rentrant de la plage ! La maison, décorée avec goût, est très bien équipée et les ventilateurs nous ont été précieux en cette semaine de chaleur estivale (d'autant que nous avions un bébé de 3 mois). Une bonne adresse que nous conserveront assurément. Merci à David pour sa gentillesse même avec l'éloignement, et à Yvonne pour son accueil sur place.

Why they chose this property

Our family spends the summer in Las Negras from just over 40 years ago although did not build the house until 89. I was designed on the idea to achieve a coldish cortijo where rest and be protected from the summer heat. Therefore, the 4 bedrooms are located on the lower floor to ensure the sleepy coolness in the rooms throughout the day. Situated on a small hill, the house has fabulous views of the sea. Furthermore, it is about 5 minutes walk from the town center and the beach. Close to everything, but away from the noise ...
