The villa is ideally located in the heart of the Golf of Moliets near the ocean with access to a beach supervised in the summer by the paths of the golf course, in the heart of the Landes forest. The villa is very comfortable, with careful decoration, large deck of 40m2 on stilts overlooking the golf course and swimming pool. It is located in a condominium of luxury villas, quiet, landscaped, secured by barriers with playground for children and petanque area. The villa is on the height of a landscaped ground of 1300 m2, composed of a ground floor garden overlooking the pool with 4 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 160 and 4 beds 90) including 2 master suites, 3 bathrooms with Italian shower and 3 toilets, and a ground floor with large living room with wifi, satellite, with wood stove, dining room, large kitchen with central island induction hob, pantry laundry room, toilet, entrance and a beautiful large terrace for meals overlooking the pool and around the house among the trees. The house is on the edge of a cycle path and a small road leading to the beach.
Swimming pool of 8x4 m heated in July and August, with a protective cover surrounded by a terrace.
The house is air-conditioned.
Final cleaning at extra charge . Linen hire at extra charge (option to be ordered when booking). Possibility of other services (Basket reception, baby sitting, bike rental ...).

Très belle villa proche de l’ocean

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans une très belle villa à 15 min à pied de l’océan Quelques petites choses à améliorer et ce sera parfait : qualité du wifi et un barbecue à gaz ou plancha

Belle propriété, magnifique localisation

Proche de la plage cette belle propriété bien équipée et entretenue est top! Le propriétaire et la gérante sont très disponibles et réactifs. Seul bémol, la piscine qui est descendue jusqu’à 18.5 (mesurée en milieu de journée). L’annonce mentionne bien que la piscine n’est pas chauffée en juin, toutefois quand l’eau est plus fraîche que l’océan voisin ça « refroidit » l’envie.

Désolée pour ce désagrément mais il est vrai que la piscine n'est chauffée de base que sur juillet et aout. Nous avons voulons vous la chauffer exceptionnellement en juin mais le temps pas assez chaud n'a pas permis une montée en température. Elle est chauffée à 27° tout l'été. L'Océan est au maximum lui à 22 °.

Maison avec belle piscine implantée dans un oasis de verdure. Absolument ressourrçant!

Cette maison est très bien située, très proche de l'océan, comme dit dans un cadre de verdure très agréable. C'est une maison bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, facile, où on se sent immédiatement à l'aise. Il y a une transition fluide et facile intérieur-extérieur qui se retrouve aux 2 étages et qui est utilisée tout le temps. La piscine est très jolie, elle s'intègre parfaitement dans cette belle nature. La température de l'eau était idéale! Bref, beau séjour pour des vacances réussies.

Entspannter Urlaub in tollem Haus

Ein sehr schönes, individuell eingerichtetes Haus. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Straße mit mehreren Villen. Die Villa hat einen sehr schön eingewachsenen Garten. Die ganze Straße befindet sich inmitten vieler Pinienbäume. Das Grundstück hat Hanglage. Die Villa hat zwei Etagen. Auf der oberen Ebene befindet sich der sehr große Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche. Über die gesamte Hauslänge erstreckt sich ein sehr großer Balkon/ Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf den Pool und einen Teil des Golfplatzes. Im unteren Stockwerk befinden sich die vier Schlafzimmer. Drei der Schlafzimmer haben Blick und einen Ausgang zum Pool. Das vierte Schlafzimmer ist ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelstockbetten und nur einem kleinen Fenster. Der Pool ist wunderbar und sehr warm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. In ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den tollen Strand. Wir waren zu Corona-Zeiten dort und haben uns ausschließlich im Haus oder am Strand aufgehalten. Wir haben uns selten so entspannt, wie in dieser tollen Villa.

Séjour parfait de bout en bout/Perfect, we'll come back

La villa est somptueuse et les propriétaires charmants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation pendant les quelques jours de canicule. Un panier d'accueil comportant le nécessaire pour un petit-déjeuner ainsi qu'une bouteille de vin nous attendait. Délicate attention. The villa is just perfect. Quiet with a nice view on the golf practice. 15 min walks from all shops. We used the A/C during the hot days and the pool is kept at the right temperature. Upon our arrival we found a welcome basket with all the necessary items for our first breakfast as well as a bottle of local white wine which we sipped on the terrace. Very nice gesture

Magnifique maison de vacances, très joliment décorée, très bien équipée, à deux pas de l'océan et du golf .... tout y est réuni pour y passer des vacances de rêve !!! L'idéal pour des familles, des golfeurs, ... c'est pour cela que nous y revenons régulièrement !!!

Tolles Haus trotz Regenwetter

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem herrlichen Ferienhaus km Juni 2016 untergebracht und können das Haus selbst nur allerwärmstens empfehlen. Alles super , tolle Ausstattung und zu fuss nur gute 10 min von einem herrlichen und einsamen strand entfernt. Nur mit dem wetter hatten wir leider pech und es regnete viel. Dennoch ganz klare empfehlung; gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La villa est superbe: nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement chez nous. Un espace salon salle à manger cuisine spacieux et bien pensé.
