VILLA 81 is a luxurious villa, recently built (2015) and very modern. It is air conditioned and has a total area of ​​150 m2 on a private park of 700 m2 fully fenced and secured by two large electric gates also including 4/5 parking spaces.

Equipped with design furniture, the villa has inside:
 - a large living room with a large living room (with home cinema and very large flat screen TV), a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, a large fridge / freezer, robots, ...),
