A pretty typical Auvergne country house, located in the Massif Central in Auvergne at Gouttières near Saint Gervais d'Auvergne,
Close to the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park, Vulcania, Puy de Dôme, Puy de Sancy, Vichy.

Very natural country with its Volcanoes and its valleys and plateaus crossed by a beautiful river Sioule.

Completely restored and decorated, for authentic and relaxing family vacations.
It can accommodate a family of 2 people and 1 child and benefits from a well thought out and efficient layout with WiFi.

On the ground floor :

- 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 people and flat screen TV.

- A fitted kitchen area with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, large oven ....... and everything you need to cook and have a good stay.

- Bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, hanging toilet.

Upstairs :

- Very cozy sleeping area with
A large double bed of 160 and very comfortable mattress.
A single bed of 120,
Large storage space and office area.

The house has a fenced yard where the children can play in complete safety and where parents can enjoy the joys of idleness.
An internet connection is provided to stay connected to the outside world.

A very natural country where many activities await you:

- Hiking is king with its many marked trails, on foot, on horseback, or with a donkey from the cottage.

- Swimming in the limpid water of a crater lake at Gour de Tazenat (beaches, small coves and relaxation area).

- Descent of the Sioule river by canoe.

- Fly fishing or in a pond 200 m from the cottage ......

Tolle Unterkunft für 2 Personen. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt und das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich.Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Endroit charmant et très calme en pleine campagne.La maison correspond bien aux descriptions faites. Tout a été rénové avec soin et goût. L'intérieur était très propre à notre arrivée et le jardin bien entretenu. Lit très confortable. Plein de choses à découvrir aux alentours. Bref, nous recommandons !

Séjour très agréable et reposant dans ce gîte : petit nid douillet, dans un cadre verdoyant, reposant à proximité de villages où il est facile de se ravitailler, de trouver des produits locaux. Accueil chaleureux avec surprise, clin d oeil au village de Gouttières. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Magnifique région

Grace à Mr GAUVIN nous avons decouvert cette sublime region qu'est l'Auvergne. Tout le necessaire est dans la maison, peut etre un petit congelateur pour les voyageurs qui ont de la route et qui ramènent de la nourriture ? Les photos sont tout à fait représentatives de la tres jolie maisonnette, toutefois un petit coup de propre serait un plus. Quelques orages prevus sur la semaine, donc une tres forte odeur de remontee d'egout due à la douche. Nous n'y etions que piur dormir vu l'etendue des activités possibles dans la region, tout etait acceptable. Encore merci pour la découverte de l'Auvergne, nous sommes conquis.
