Rent of duplex apartment in a newly and luxurious apartment building, with unobstructed view of the sea. Located in a peninsula, the apartment is a few steps from the Marina (where arrive the ships of the 'route Rhum' race.
The apartment is sea front, 50 meters from the beach in an exceptional panorama, in the centre of Guadeloupe.
From the apartment corridor, there is a sea and mountains view of Basse Terre as well as a beautiful white sand cove where you can swim in a 27º water.
A nice infinity pool of 22 metres is available.
All the shops are nearby.
The apartment is completely equipped and air-conditioned.

Une super expérience ! Les hôtes qui nous ont accueillie sont incroyablement gentils et au petit soins. Le logement est central dans l'île, de tout ce qui est vraiment pratique. Ce qui peut être dérangeant, pour certaines personnes c'est le 2e étages sans ascenseur, surtout pour les personnes âgées ou avec des enfants en bas âge.. Le logement est génial cependant, le manque de clim dans la pièce à vivre est vraiment dur quand il fait des grosses chaleurs... Nous avons malgré tout passé un super séjour dans votre logement. Nous recommandons avec grand plaisir ! Merci pour votre disponibilité et votre accueil.

Compte rendu location du 9 au 17 dec

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Nous avons choisi cet appartement car très bien situé et avec ube vue très agréable ainsi son emplacement au sein de la résidence. Quelques petits travaux de refection demeurent nécessaires au sein de l appartement : fermeture de la baie coulissante, rafraîchissement petit salon extérieur, amélioration de l’eclairage du balcon ( un eclairage au-dessus de la table serait beaucoup mieux adapté) Pas de reserve d’eau pour palier lorsqu’il y a des coupures d’eau. Aussi, le menage de l’appartement n est pas à la hauteur des 90€ facturés pour la location. Sinon l’appartement est très agréable

Appartement parfait

L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et idéalement placé. La terasse donne directement sur la mer et on profite alors constamment du paysage lorsque l'on est dans l'appartement. Les deux chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. La piscine et l'accès direct à la mer sont un vrai privilège. Je recommande vivement !

Très très agréable séjour

Pour avoir fait pas mal de location en Guadeloupe je trouve que celle ci est vraiment de qualité. Emplacement impeccable, résidence hyper agréable, appartement bien agencée, au calme avec du mobilier qualitatif. Vraiment rien a dire. Thierry est disponible et sympathique. Je recommande les yeux fermés

Rentabilité d'accord mais pas à n'importe quel prix.

L'inventaire ne correspondait pas à ce qui était trouvé et certains mobiliers étaient en très mauvais état. Table branlante (vis reserrées provisoirement). Etagères frigo cassées (donc peu de rangement). Poéles HS ou sales (rendues). Frais demandés pour le pressing alors que le linge était marqué comme fourni sur l'annonce. Des serviettes de bain usées jusqu'à la trame et effilochées. Un lavabo bouché à notre arrivée. Pas de sèche linge (qui était annoncé). Et j'en passe. Et une gérante qui nous expliquait que c'était la faute des locataires. précédents. Cerise sur le gâteau la baie ne fermait pas (espace 1cm entre les 2 battants) et on était obligés de fermer le volet extérieur lorsqu'on quittait l'appartement. Le clos n'était donc même pas assuré. Manque de chance le dernier jour rupture du chauffe eau électrique et chambre inondée. Le nouveau gérant a mis une autre sdb à notre disposition. Par contre chambres correctes. Dans l'ensemble un appartement bien situé avec vue mais pas de suivi. Au prix demandé par semaine pendant 3 semaines c se moquer des clients d'autant qu'on ne nous a pas fait de cadeaux. On nous a fournis une serviette de plage neuve, des poèles neuves, des oreillers supplémentaires. Manifestement peu de relation entre gérant et propriétaire. Bien évidemment on a passé de bonnes vacances mais tous ces petits et gros détails nous ont gâché notre plaisir.

Tient ses promesses

Je connaissais Bas du Fort pour y avoir vécu il y a quelques années. Pour le coté pratique, pas d’embouteillages, tout à proximité, j’aime bien y retourner et le Marisol reste le meilleur plan en tout point. L’appartement est confortable, propre, spacieux et la vue mer et la Basse Terre reste mémorable. Un grand merci à Mme Marchand pour son accueil, son professionnalisme et sa sympathie.

Logement exceptionnel !!!

Logement absolument superbe, très bien agencé, très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien ! la vue est magnifique ! La plage à 50m, la piscine ouverte jusqu'à 22h00. Le logement est très bien placé au cente de l'île, ce qui facilite les visites ! Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant, vous pouvez lui faire confiance ! Nous avons été accueillis par Catherine qui est très gentille et professionnelle ! Vous pouvez louer ce logement les yeux fermés !
