WELCOME to my newly-renovated, artfully-furnished downtown living space, now available for long and short-term rentals in the heart of Toronto’s eclectic Annex neighbourhood. This is a quiet home in a residential neighborhood and isn't suitable for late night revellers or parties.
We also aren't equipped for children at this time.

With 1300 square feet spread over two floors, you'll have plenty of room for all your favourite activities.
• There are two bedrooms: the one on the 2nd floor has a Queen bed, ample storage, and a small desk, perfect for a student. The primary bedroom is on the 3rd floor and has a King-size bed, a full ensuite bathroom, an inviting window seat, and a skylight.
• The rest of the living space features high ceilings, lots of natural sunlight, a large, eat-in fully equipped kitchen leading to your own private deck, a sunny living room with TV and electric fireplace, perfect for those cooler nights.

In addition, there is parking for 1 vehicle, if desired.

To access this apartment, you enter off a well lit laneway behind the home. The location is very safe and walkable, with every convenience available within a one or two minute walk. Cafes, restaurants, post office, drug store, and grocery store!

Despite being close to the action, the apartment is a quiet oasis.

This apartment is available for rentals of one week or longer. Feel free to ask any questions.

Newly renovated and maintained beautifully...I love the beauty and quiet of my home, in spite of its being a few houses south of Bloor...incredible!

With 1300 square feet, you'll love having 2 whole floors to spread out in. It's beautiful and bright and feels a bit like a treehouse! Guests love all the attention to detail - the Victorian bathtub, the skylight in the primary bedroom, the fun retro kitchen outfitted with every convenience you need. The living room is especially cosy, with a gas fireplace and incredibly comfortable couches for reading or watching your favourite show...
