Host was responsive with questions- home nice and setting was great. Overstuffing 2 of 4 bedrooms with twin beds to say "sleeps 13" creates practical problems like not being able to use closet for any guest group size. Kitchen appliances nice but the kitchen was missing key items like a baking casserole dish, regular juice glasses etc.
Wonderful property with incredible views of Pelican Lake, the beach was amazing and we spent all our time by the water. Couldn't have asked for a better week!
Beautiful property!! It's secluded so it was peaceful and quiet with lovely views! Our 3 year old LOVED playing in the water and sand and we especially enjoyed having a firepit next to the lake. This place was the perfect size to accommodate our small family gathering of 7. Would definitely vacation here again! :)
We enjoyed a comfortable week long stay at this lodge in June. The beach and view of sunsets were amazing! This was a great location for our large family.
We had a great stay at the cabin on Pelican Lake. Our host was very accommodating and responded to all inquiries promptly. We enjoyed the easy access to the lake and the fire place to warm up by.
The house was perfect for an adult women getaway in the winter. The home was very clean and we enjoyed the large space to congregate. The lower level was a lovely space as well. The beds were so comfortable, extra bedding was available. The property and view were lovely. Overall, the space was comfortable, clean and we appreciated the beautiful space.
Perfect place for girl’s weekend (9 adults) Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for all. Beautiful beach and the sunsets on the lake were perfect. Shopping & restaurants are minutes away. We had a great weekend at this home!
We stayed here over Labor Day weekend with my adult kids and grandkids. The house easily accommodated our group of 5 adults and 6 kiddos. The kitchen was well-stocked, the house was clean, beds were firm but comfortable enough. We really enjoyed our stay!
Great property for a larger group especially when the weather is nice to be outside. Wonderful yard and beach with a bonfire to stargaze, nice screened in for raining days and well equipped kitchen.
Great property for a family gathering. It was clean and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace and steam room. We would definitely recommend this place.
It is beautifully situated on Pelican Lake with a wonderful beach. It worked out really well for three families with 5 small children. We look forward to returning in the summer when we can enjoy the water and beach.
The house was very roomy for we 10 (six adults, four kids under 6). Having 3.5 bathrooms between the 10 of us was very good. The master bedroom/bath is extremely nice, and includes a balcony on the top level overlooking the lake. There is nice green space on the way to the beach, which is well-groomed. The water has a VERY gradual slope to a drop off we never went to -- it was way out there. That gradual slope was great for the grandkids - they had a lot of room in the water to play.
