Lovely and charming flat with sea view on the beach

Very calm, clear, near tourist sites, located in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc. Beach lifeguard in season. Not dangerous, very calm and flat. Water sports and sailing , swimming lessons, horseback riding and tennis courts on site.
In peak season, games for kids and books to rent
Little supermarket, bars, Hairdresser, restaurants and take-away food....
Caution requested : 200 € for the week and 50 € for a WE
