Located downtown Culver among shopping and restaurants. Loft apartment is above the Cafe Max. Sleeps 4. Hardwood floors, kitchen, bath, high speed wireless internet, expanded cable TV and king bed with twin & a trundle. The stairwell leading to apartment has 22 steps. No telephone is provide though great cell phone coverage. Plenty of natural light. CD with radio provided. A sound machine in sleeping area for those who find Culver too...yes it happens. It also muffles the morning radio that turns on at 6am in the cafe downstairs (for those who are light sleepers). Fresh linens for 4 persons provided. Discounts for adding week nights during off season. Winter discounts available. View all my Properties : 640987, 632832, 760155. This property sleeps 4 in an open concept (meaning no seperation). Maximum of 4 guests. No minors are allowed to reside alone in the unit. An adult of age 21 or greater must be present during stay with minors.

The apartment was just as advertised, as well as clean and homey. Not long after we arrived there was a problem with the heat, and the host responded immediately. Understanding the predicament with the outside temperature being in the 20's, she immediately set us up in another of her rental properties around the corner. I can't say enough wonderful things about Susie! Would highly recommend any of her rentals!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We had some confusion on getting into it. The pass code info was incorrect on the VRBO listing. The owner is AWESOME and helped us with everything!

Great experience. We originally rented an apartment but Susie offered to move us to a house to avoid having to go up a lot of stairs. Communication was great and the house had everything we needed.

Nice place to stay

The place was clean, comfortable and convenient to downtown Culver and CMA. It is an older place with a lot of charm and a unique style. The AC worked great. I did not notice any noise coming from downstairs like the description stated. The bed was very comfortable and the place had a nice kitchen. The owner was available to help with any questions. I would stay there again.
