In the heart of the Barolo Langa, an apartment in villa, located in Annunziata of La Morra. The house built in green building, respecting the environment, it is perfectly integrated in the surrounding nature and easily recognizable by its wooden paneling. On the second floor, an indipendent apartment, overlooking the hills planted with vines.
The apartment (independent with separate entrance) consists of: living area with fully equipped kitchen (you can cook), a bedroom with double bed and possibility of adding up to 2 beds in the living area that can be rendered independently by a sliding door, bathroom. It can accommodate up to five people. Equipped with every comfort, it has a natural cooling system and underfloor heating.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The apartment is larger than usual, comfortable stylist furniture and bed, and well set up kitchen. The view from the deck is surreal; as if you were in a fairy tail with the perfectly aligned vineyards throughout the valley.

A perfect place to explore Barolo

I only have positive, glowing things to say about my stay… It was an absolutely ideal homebase to explore Barolo for the month that I was there! Waking up to that gorgeous view overlooking the vineyards of La Morra never got old. I will definitely try to stay here again upon my return.

Lovely apartment

This is a great place for a stay in the wine country. It's between the villages of La Morra and Barolo, so it's very central. The apartment is spacious and beautifully constructed by the architect-owners who live downstairs. It was a real pleasure to stay there, and Chiara is a welcoming and helpful host. We certainly hope to return.

Amazing place - utter relaxation

This apartment is beautiful, overlooking the rolling vineyards you are surrounded by nature and the most amazing views. The apartment is as lovely as the photos show, even better, and well equipped. It is a great base to explore Alba and the surrounding wine and food centres, plus it is right in La Morra where there are also great restaurants and wine producers. We totally relaxed staying here and didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this apartment and thank you to Chiara who is an excellent host!

So perfect…

The apartment is very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We cooked one night and we had everything there without needing to buy salt, oil etc. it was lovely enjoying breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace and again in the evening. The host Chiara is very sweet and helpful, our only issue is that we weren’t able to close the electric blinds in the bedroom meaning our sleep was disrupted by sunrise very early. Otherwise everything was perfect, very good shower and we felt totally relaxed with the fresh countryside air.

Beautiful location, comfortable apartment

Chiara's apartment was perfect for our two-night stay in Barolo. Her check-in instructions were crystal clear and we located in the apartment without any issue. The location is absolutely beautiful, with glorious views over the village of Annunziata and surrounding vineyards. We stayed in the apartment when the weather had already become chilly, but the apartment was very cozy the whole time we were there. It had all the conveniences of an apartment stay - a full kitchen, coffee maker, wine glasses, etc. A short walk from the apartment is the acclaimed Osteria Veglio, where we enjoyed an exquisite meal of Piemontese dishes and wines. Chiara was always just a quick message away on Vrbo or Whatsapp. Grazie, Chiara! I hope to have another opportunity to stay in your beautiful apartment someday.

schöne Unterkunft in reizvoller Lage

Die gesamte Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die große Terrasse bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Zu den Geschäften in La Morra sind es ca. 3 Km, was mit dem Auto aber kein Problem darstellt. Chiara ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht ist und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar ist. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Langhe würden wir die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten.

Prachtig appartement met werelds uitzicht

Modern en rijk uitgerust appartement. Uitzicht vanaf terras was fenomenaal. In en uitrijden is lastig, maar auto kan veilig binnen poort worden gezet. Fietsen mochten in de garage. La Morra is flink klimmen en niet heel bijzonder. Tips: Cherasco, Bra en Saluzzo. Eten viel tegen in Piemonte .... alleen maar vlees en maar twee soorten pasta. Overal hetzelfde menu, dus na twee dagen heb je dat wel gezien. Goed zoeken is zeker nodig.Wel prima betaalbaar.

Mooi compleet appartement op een geweldige locatie. Gastvrij ontvangst. Chaira is erg aardig en zorgt dat je je welkom voelt. Maar je hebt echt veel privacy. Ligging van de woning is in het hart van het Barologebied. Echt een luilekkerland voor wijnliefhebbers en liefhebbers van de Italiaanse keuken. Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement is onvergetelijk! Echt een aanrader.

Smaakvol ingericht appartement met top uitzicht

Het appartement is halverwege een heuvel gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht over het landschap. Rustig gelegen nabij La Morra, op 2 kilometer afstand bergop. Prima verbinding met de nabij gelegen dorpen of stad Alba. Bijzonder vriendelijke en attente verhuurster, Appartement is met oog voor detail ingericht. Een aanrader!
