This professionally designed modern self-catering apartment is located right in the heart of the seaside resort of Kokkini Hani, 100 metres from the sandy beach and 15 minutes' drive east from Heraklion. The apartment is beautifully decorated with quality furnishings, fully equipt, and very well maintained. Ideal for couples and families. It is in the very heart of the resort therefore it is a perfect choice for those who want to be with easy walking distance to shops, supermarkets, bakeries, and chemists as well as some of the best local tavernas which are in the immediate vicinity. Perfect as a base for touring the whole island. The largest water park in Crete Watercity is 3klm away as too is the Crete Aquarium, the Dinosaur Park, and the Handicraft Park of Anopolis. Location in the beautiful quiet hills in Anopolis, overlooking the olive groves and a monastery. Julie gave us multiple wonderful recommendations from beaches, day trips, parking and restaurants. She had some fruits and breakfast waiting for us in the house. Really enjoyed the evenings on the balcony and the cooler mornings. I would highly recommend the property . Wonderful hosts! Wohnung und Service top. Die Lage durch einen benachbarten Supermarkt und Straßenlage laut. Nichts für jemanden, der in der Wohnung oder auf der wunderschönen Terrasse entspannen möchte. Der wunderbare Sandstrand fusslaeufig liefert eine top Alternative

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Julies Apartments liegen an der "Hauptstrasse" von Kokkini Hani direkt neben einem Supermarkt. Wir waren zu zweit im Juni 2022 vor Ort und hatten eine Wohnung weg von der Straße. Dort hatten wir wenig Probleme mit Lärm, allerdings hatten wir auch wegen der Stechmücken nachts alle Türen/Fenster zu. Die Lage ist super. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Meer, bei diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedenen Restaurants mit fantastischem Essen. Es bietet sich auch an, wenn man Touren zu naheliegenden Sehenswürdigekeiten unternehmen will. Sowohl nach Iraklio als auch Richtung Agios Nikolaos kommt man angenehm mit dem Auto. Auch ein Ausflug auf die Lassithi Hochebene bietet sich an. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde regelmäßig geputzt. Das Wohnzimmer bietet nicht sehr viel Platz, allerdings gibt es einen sehr großen Balkon mit Dach, sodass man sich auch bei Sonne und Regen sehr angenehm aufhalten kann. Julie hat sich bei der Ankunft viel Zeit für uns genommen und uns eine Vielzahl an Tips gegeben. Ihre Empfehlungen für die Tagestouren waren super und die Restaurantempfehlungen sollten auf jeden Fall befolgt werden. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Casa carina, ma piuttosto sporca

La casa e' situata al centro della localita' Kokkini Hani, sulla strada principale, a fianco c'e' un grosso supermercato aperto fino a tarda sera, di fronte ve ne sono altri due, a pochi passi c'e' una taverna dove si mangia molto bene . La spiaggia e' vicina da un lato e di sabbia e dall'altro e' di pietre grosse, quelle piu' belle sono poco distanti dal centro. Dista dall'aeroporto solo 9KM, quindi c'e' un continuo passare di aerei a bassa quota. Noi abbiamo scelto questa localita' per poter visitare Heraklion ed essere vicini all'aeroporto avendo un volo di rientro molto presto. Di notte e' tranquillo non c'e' troppo rumore. Durante il giorno se si vuole riposare ci sono troppi rumori: aerei, auto che vanno e vengono dal supermercato, clackson, chiusure centralizzate e sgommate. All'esterno c'e' un bel giardino curato. La casa (appartamento 1) di per se e' carina, ma quando siamo arrivati, sul pavimento c'erano un sacco di di capelli lunghi, sul pavimento sotto il tavolo c'erano dei cereali, il bagno indecente. L'asse del WC sembrava che non fosse mai stato sollevato per essere pulito e anche dietro c'erano 3 cm di sporco. Lo scopino..tralascio la descrizione, la doccetta della doccia rotta, meta' dell'acqua usciva da un lato invece di arrivare a pioggia. La pressione dell'acqua piuttosto bassa, ma con un po' di pazienza non era un problema. La cucina attrezzata con due piastre elettriche, caffetiera Americana, frigorifero e attrezzatura da cucina. Il terrazzo attrezzato con sedie e tavolo molto carino. Mi dispiace lasciare questo giudizio negativo, ma lo sporcizia era troppa, dare una pulita non sarebbe costato molto e forse anche sostituire lo scopino e la doccetta del bagno. Personalmente non ci ritornero'.
