It is imperative to us that each and every on of our guests truly enjoys themselves while staying at any of our properties & has nothing short of a 5-star experience when doing so! • 3 Crisp and Clean bedrooms tastefully done with upgraded mattresses to ensure you get restful sleep during your stay ( Sleeps 6 comfortably)
• 2.5 baths (Jack and Jill bathroom in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms so everyone has a bathroom attached to their bedroom)
• Open floorplan with wood like tile throughout
• Chefs kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a grande granite island with counter seating
• Super comfy couch for lounging & Gorgeous mosaic stoned fireplace with candelabra for ambiance in family room
• Private front entry courtyard with seating
• Expansive backyard with sparkling pool, hot tub (always hot and ready to use), fire pit to enjoy kicking your feet up and having a glass of wine, built in BBQ with seating for 8(will be complete before Xmas), 25 ft long putting green with several games for entertaining kids or adult fun in the sun
• 2 car attached garage with epoxy floors
• WiFi
• Pack and play provided
• Child safety is extremely important - double-handled self-closing and latching doors on all doors leading to the backyard
• Great location if coming to stay for any of the main events in Scottsdale Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show, etc)
• Just two miles to Kierland & Scottsdale quarter - dozens of great restaurants and shipping
• Quick access to 101 & 51 freeway
