Waterfront Treasure Island Florida Beach Condo

This Blind Pass Lagoons condo on Treasure Island is on the third floor with an elevator. It has views of water from almost every room. Come relax on the large private balcony overlooking the Boca Ciega Bay & the heated swimming pool. The balcony opens up from the living room and master bedroom. You will be less than 2 blocks away from Sunset Beach and the white sand of the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy gorgeous Florida sunsets.

This spacious corner unit is furnished with bright tropical furniture and bedding. It is 1,250 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. The condo is fully stocked for your enjoyment, including dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, washer, dryer, iron/ironing board, linens, towels, air conditioning, ceiling fans, stone fireplace, high-speed internet, cable, flat-screen TVs, DVD player, and more. We hope to provide all of the conveniences of home and all of your beach necessities.

The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and luxurious bathroom with a seat in the shower and handrails, beautiful tile walls and marble countertop. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 32" LCD TV, mirrored closet, bamboo furniture and plenty of space. The second bathroom has a tub with shower and a large countertop & mirror. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress, love seat, 55" LCD TV, DVD player, and wood-burning fireplace.

Next to the swimming pool are plenty of lounge chairs, a shower, and bathrooms. A covered lanai with tables & chairs may be used by our guests. The elevator and carts make loading & unloading a breeze. Parking spaces are available in front of the condo.

This condo is a hidden treasure! It is close to everything you want to do and see but tucked back off the main roads. It is peaceful and relaxing with a great waterfront view. Sunset Beach and Treasure Island are nestled between many of Florida's top-rated beaches. Several music festivals and the annual Sand Sculpting Competition occur right on Treasure Island Beach. A public boat ramp is also available just down the street. Caddy's, KaTiki, Shrimpy's Waterfront, and Sea Dogs are all a few blocks from the condo and provide live music, water views, and good food at reasonable prices.

You can enjoy the convenience & tranquility of the closest beaches, venture south to St Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille, or Fort Desoto Park, or explore lively Clearwater Beach & Pier 60 to the north. The Suncoast Beach Trolley can take you to historic John's Pass Fishing Village less than 3 miles away, with its numerous restaurants, shops, beach bars, watersport rentals, fishing, and golf. Downtown St. Petersburg is only 15-20 min away with several museums, St Pete Pier, Mahaffey Theater, historic Vinoy Hotel, and many diverse restaurants to choose from.

There are many nearby attractions to make your vacation complete. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, ZooTampa, Tampa's Aquarium, Channelside, and Ybor City are 35-45 min. away. The 90 min. drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World in Orlando can be a fun excursion. Tampa International Airport is about 35 min. away and offers a super shuttle to/from the beach.

Absolutely fantastic month

We loved our month long stay so much! Many thanks to Bonnie for the wonderful responsiveness and hospitality. We just spent a month at Bonnie's condo and would happily stay again. The condo is directly on the inter-coastal which was lovely and Sunset Beach was a block away. The condo was spacious, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. It's a corner unit which made the place very bright and we often opened sliders and windows and not use the air conditioning.

Treasure Island gem!

Thanks so much to Bonnie for her hospitality and her wonderful condo. They say time flies when you’re having fun and our two weeks here certainly flew by! Big, clean and comfy, this condo is ideally located on Boca Ciega Bay at Blind Pass, but a very few minutes walk to the gorgeous white sands of both Sunset Beach and Treasure Island. Or you can relax by the sparkling heated pool right next to the boat docks where you’ll see dolphins and sea birds daily. It’s pretty much everything you’d want in a Florida vacation. The extras are all here, too: lots of big thick towels, beach gear and coolers, plus extra pillows and linens, even extra paper products and laundry supplies. Bonnie has really included everything you need. Just stow your clothes in the huge closets and pick up some snacks and drinks for the fully-equipped kitchen then start relaxing. Everything is close by - bars, restaurants, stores are all in walking distance and it’s an easy half-hour drive from Tampa Airport. I’d absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great vacation!

Bonnie's condo is excellent. It is nicely updated with new appliances, granite countertops, tiled master bath, and comfortable furniture . Bonnie is a pleasure to work with. She is prompt in replying to messages and was very courteous. The unit was clean and roomy. It was a pleasure to stay in the condo and I would not hesitate to return.

Peaceful Retreat

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the amenities including the pool, gas grill and grounds. Walking and biking to the beach, restaurants, and groceries an added plus. Water view lovely. Sunrises from the condo and spectacular sunsets at the beach extra special. Bonnie was terrific to work with and met all our needs. Overall we enjoyed our month in paradise and hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful time at this jewel of a condo. The condo itself is spacious, quiet and well furnished. The view from the balcony overlooking the waterway was stunning. Enjoyed watching the boats and dolphins on a daily basis. The walk to the beach was easy as was walking to shops, Publix and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had during the rental process and after. We will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo Bonnie. Excellent accommodation. Your 2 bedroom unit was very spacious, quiet and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped which made it feel just like home. It overlooked the waterway and was only a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

A real treasure

I loved my vacation in Treasure Island. It was beautiful, relaxing and a ton of fun all at the same time. I was nervous about using VRBO, but the place was spacious, clean and such a dream come true for my getaway. The owner was really nice and easy to work with. I used the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinners and was it a delight to eat-in or walk a block or two to grab a meal and listen to live music. Everyone around was so friendly that I will definitely comeback and recommend this condo to all of my friends. I loved watching the sunsets and sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. What a treasure!

Amazing place

The condo is gorgeous and 1 block from the beautiful Treasure Island beach. There is a very nice gas grill downstairs below the condo and it works great. I cooked burgers and they came out perfect. The pool appears to be heated and is super clean and well maintained. Back to the condo itself. It is very spacious, clean and well decorated. The main TV is beautiful and gets many high def channels. The wireless internet system is very fast. It is a secured network so you will need to enter a code (provided by the land lord) to use it. Sunsets are amazing on the beach. The sand is soft which makes it very pleasant to walk on the beach for hours. It is so peaceful to walk on this beach plus you can get really great exercise while enjoying the serenity. One great thing to note about the beach, the cops never bother you unless you are carrying glass or a keg on the beach. You heard that correctly, the city ordinance is visitor friendly and you can walk around the town and beach with alcohol in a plastic cup. There are a handful of bars and restaurants that are walking distance from the condo. A couple nice restaurants are just under 1 mile. A lot of the bars have decent bands at night and on the weekends. I hope this helped. I would definitely go back to this same place. The value of the whole experience of the condo, its location to the beach and restaurants and how peaceful it was far outweighs the cost. I wish I can go there every weekend. Should I even brag about how amazing the weather was. 70's and sunny in December. So much more pleasant then the rest of the country. Totally worth the cost.

We lived in Tampa and purchased the condo as a convenient getaway from the city. We fell in love with Treasure Island, so we sold the house in Tampa and moved to Treasure Island. Now, we live 2 blocks from the condo and rent it out most of the time when it isn't being used by our family and close friends.

Why they chose this property

We love that it is on the water so close to the beach but isn't as crowded and touristy as a lot of the other areas near the beach.

What makes this property unique

We love the view from the balcony directly on the intercoastal waterway that is walking distance to Everything. You can watch the gorgeous sunsets from the front and back of the condo.
