Remarkable renovation! Beautiful & beachy 2 bed, 1 bath condo situated in a fabulous location by the beach. Come see why St Pete Beach is the sunset capital of Florida. This condo was recently remodeled with all high end amenities. 3 beds and a pull out couch: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 twin & pull out sofa. Check out the pics!

Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the boardwalk, grab a drink or a burger as you pass by the Paradise Grill, and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sugar sand between your toes!

A poolside condo with gulf views - sunsets are included.
The kitchen has is fully stocked to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

Great location just off the beach. This is a nicely renovated unit in a well maintained complex. The unit had everything we needed to have a great self-sustaining trip. Nice pool with polite neighbors. Restaurants and bars were within walking distance.

The location can't be beat! The beach was 205 steps from the kitchen door. (I counted.) The hosts were very responsive - not that we needed anything except to arrange for our parking pass, following the easy instructions in their welcome email.

Kitchen was fully equipped to make meals. They had plenty of beach items like beach chairs, umbrella, fishing poles, sand buckets, volleyball, football, etc. There was also portable fans and a plethora of reading material. All the appliances were in good working order. Beach walkway was beautiful, as was the beach!

Why they chose this property

Of all the places we looked at this one was a) the perfect location (right across from the beach, with a bar and grill? perfect) and b) had a great renovation. The condo feels clean and spacious -- your own private sanctuary. When you need a break from the beach, lounge by the pool outside your front door. In the evenings, you have more choices to walk to then you will have time for.

What makes this property unique

Our property manager lives down the street, and is on call to help with any questions. The exclusive pool and picnic area are a treasure in this section of Florida, where most condos are chock-full of tourists. Please contact us directly for any long-term or military discounts.
