we had a lovely four days. the host's mother gave us a great welcome and very generously let us pick produce from the vegetable garden and let us gather figs too. it is a very quiet area with lovely walks and a most beautiful forest with deer visible from the house on most days. the is so little light pollution that we are able to see the milky way.

Labrousse ist der ruhigste und erholsamste Ort, den ich bisher kennenlernen durfte. Die Natur liegt in ihrer schönen Form vor der Türe. Die Eigentümerin pflegt den Garten unermüdlich, Blumen, Bäume und Früchte. Danke für diese Tage!

Doux havre de paix en Périgord

Séjour très agréable dans une vieille maison périgourdine paisible et chargée d’âme. Terrasse avec vue très agréable pour le petit déjeuner comme la soirée, et auprès de laquelle chevreuils et chouettes nous ont même tenus compagnie. Merci également à notre hôte pour ses délicates attentions de prunes et sa gentillesse.

Très bel accueil par la propriétaire, qui s'est montrée très avenante, charmante et disponible pendant toute la semaine; avons pu marcher avec elle, nous présentant et expliquant les alentours. Tout est que calme, repos , aussi bien dans le gite qu'autour du domaine; et nous y retournerons!!!!

Cette demeure de caractère est située idéalement pour découvrir les différents sites du Périgord. Très bien entretenu, le gite est calme et la nature environnante agréable à découvrir. "Un appartement exceptionnel dans une maison du XV ième siècle située dans un environnement de tranquillité. Appartement propre et bien équipé. L''accueil de la propriétaire Mme A est très chaleureux et nous en sommes devenus des amis. De nombreux villages médiévaux ne sont situés qu''à quelques kilomètres de Labrousse.
