The villa was nice and well kept, very clean. Kitchen well stocked with pretty much everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The bedrooms and lounge were an ok size. Towels and sheets were changed after first week. The hosts very good at responding to us and usually did so very quickly.Plenty of outside space. There are some negatives. The icons on the oven knobs have been worn away so you cannot tell what function the oven is in or the temperature. When we reported to hosts they did provide a blurred photo of what the icons should say, fortunately it contained the model number so I was able to get what we needed from the online user guide. We were lead to understand that they were ordering a replacement facia. The shower in the outside bathroom was not fit for purpose, a trickle at best. The en-suite shower was marginally better .. took ages to take a shower. The problem is that the showers are gravity fed and not powered, as this is a single floor villa, not enough height to generate decent water flow. The villa is very overlooked by a much larger villa on one side. It completely overlooks the pool area and impacts privacy. The TV in the lounge area is very small for the size of room, not a complaint but an observation.

Klasse!

Wir waren im September 2022 dort und können uns nicht beschweren. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets Zuverlässig. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war etwas schwierig, da diese nicht gut Englisch verstehen. Über einen Übersetzer jedoch möglich.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der Pool war auch sehr sauber und Glasklar. Einmal in der Woche wurde der Pool gereinigt sowie die Betten neu bezogen. Dies auch alles nach Absprache. Einziges Manko: Es war sehr warm in der Unterkunft, da auch die Außentemperatur sehr hoch war. Es stehen jedoch Ventilatoren zur Verfügung, die es erträglich machen. Gerne wieder!

Superschöne Finca

Klein, aber fein. Die Finca ist wirklich sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht. Pool ist groß und ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage ist top. Badebucht und Restaurants fussläufig. Auch mit dem Auto kurze Wege. Nette Vermieter und Kontakt.

Klasse Unterkunft!

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, die hält, was sie verspricht! Die Finca war sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man gebrauchen könnte (und noch viel mehr- gerade die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr vielfältig!). Auch ein Babybett wurde uns (samt Bett- und Wechselwäsche) zur Verfügung gestellt. Alle Abläufe waren reibungslos, die Vermieter (trotz sprachlicher Barrieren) super freundlich!! Obwohl die Finca eng umbaut ist, bekommt man wenig Geräusche von den Nachbarn mit; das Grundstück ist kaum einsehbar. Mit dem Auto hat man kurze Wege zum Strand/ Supermarkt. Einziger klitzekleiner Nachteil: Der Nachbar hat ein Schild aufgestellt, auf dem er bittet, den Grill nicht zu benutzen. Obwohl die Vermieter dies ausdrücklich (und auf das Schild Bezug nehmend) erlauben, trauten wir uns nicht, den Grill zu benutzen.

Lage des Hauses ist wirklich perfekt, die Badebuchten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet alles für einen entspannten Urlaub im Frühjahr. Die Vermietung hat reibungslos geklappt und die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Traumhaft

Die Kleine Finca liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, zwischen Cala Santanyí und Cala Figuera und es fehlt dort (zumindest uns!) an absolut nichts. Das Grundstück ist riesig, und auch nicht von außen einsehbar. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe, ist allerdings verhältnismäßig tief, schwimmende Kinder sind auf jeden Fall vorteilhaft. Das Haus ist insgesamt gemütlich eingerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es zwar nicht, aber es gibt in fast jedem Zimmer einen Ventilator - für uns war das ausreichend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Santanyí und Cala Figuera ausreichend vorhanden. In Cala Figuera am Hafen kann man gut Essen gehen, mit wunderschöner Aussicht gratis. Gerade jetzt, wo die 4. Welle über Mallorca rollt, war die Finca unsere kleine, sichere Enklave, in die wir uns immer zurückziehen konnten, wenn die Strände sich füllten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar, sie kümmern sich 2x pro Woche um die Pflanzen und den Pool. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit, sind total verliebt in das Häuschen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Bra läge, ca 900 m till Cala Santany och 4,5 km till Santanyi( mysig by med bra restauranger). Fastigheten ligger på promenad avstånd till Cala Figeta(ca 2,4 km). Ok standar på huset, litet för varmt då den saknar AC, ligger i ett tyst o lugnt villaområde. Lite för många små kryp på kvällarna. Uthyrarna pratar knappt engelska men kan kommunicera via maila.

Schönes Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage

Wir verbrachten sechs tolle Tage in dem großzügigen Haus, das fußläufig zehn Minuten zur Cala Santanyi liegt. Der Pool ist groß und tief, herrlich zum Abkühlen und Schwimmen. Die Terrassen bieten Sonne oder Schatten, vier Liegen lassen sich überall platzieren. Unser Highlight, die Außendusche, so dass wir das Bad zum duschen gar nicht benutzt haben. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die mangelnde Frischluftzufuhr in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer, die sich nur zur Waschküche öffnen lassen. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist das unerträglich und ein Ventilator wälzt die Luft zwar um, aber Frischluft gibt es nicht. Uns bereitete das leider unruhige Nächte. Schade, weil sonst alles stimmte. Dass zudem noch Duftbäumchen in den Zimmern hingen, machte die Luft nicht besser, aber diese konnte man wenigstens entfernen. Check In und Out waren super einfach und problemlos!

Sehr gepflegtes und hervorragend gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus von Maria Magdalena ist super gepflegt und sauber. Auch der Außenbereich und der Pool waren tiptop. Es gibt überall Terassen, Ecken usw. um ein schattiges oder sonniges Plätzchen finden Das Haus liegt in einem Villen-Wohngebiet von Santanyi - einen kleinen Spaziergang (5min) vom schönen Strand und den Lokalen entfernt, aber weit genug, um dem Sommertrubel zu entgehen. Die Vermieter waren äußerst hilsbereit und sofort zur Stelle, wenn es ein Problem gab. Wir hatten ziemlich Pech mit dem Wetter im April und unsere Bitte nach zusätzlicher Heizung wurde umgehend mit zwei Radiatoren erfüllt. Auch das kurzzeitig ausgefallene WLAN wurde gleich repariert. Vielen Dank Maria!

Tolles Haus in schöner Gegend

Haus und Garten sind sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Betten sind nichts für empfindliche Rücken. Der Pool ist toll zum schwimmen und von der Dachterasse hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Die Lage ist auch super, allerdings waren die Badebuchten in den Herbstferien extrem überfüllt - umso mehr haben wir den Aufenthalt in unserer Ferienhaus Oase genossen.

Lovely Villa with Great pool and BBQ

We had a great stay in this villa. It had all the facilities we required including outside table for eating, pool, a great bbq and well equipped kitchen. Very close to the beach. New bathroom. The neighbors are quite close by.

Trevligt ställe! Huset är bra disponerat för 5-6 personer. Bra ytor både ute och inne. Trevlig ägarfamilj. Kan vara svårt att hålla temperaturen nere (på natten) inomhus om det är väldigt varmt ute.

Schöne Villa mit Pool, den unsere Kinder sehr genossen haben. Interieur ist funktional i.O. jedoch nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.
