The ideal location to explore the Castelli Romani area: Frascati, the largest town, brimming with shops, trendy spots, and quaint restaurants, as well as rich history. Castelgandolfo, with its lake, the Pope’s summer residence, breathtaking views, and nature to explore; Marino, with its excellent Catelli wine; Ariccia, with its delicious and famous porchetta served in the various fraschette amid a medieval atmosphere; the picturesque town of Genzano and its famous “infiorata,” the splendid Rocca di Papa—which is definitely worth a visit—as well as the charming village of Nemi with its small but beautiful lake, and many other places you’ll discover as you wander around the area.
Not to mention Rome, which is just 40 km away and easily accessible by bus (for the first 15 km) to the Anagnina metro station and from there to the centre of Rome.
The home I’m offering is in a very quiet area; in fact, it’s located in the Castelli Romani Park, a low-density residential area, highly recommended during the summer months when the heat in the cities becomes unbearable and keeps you awake at night; In fact, Rocca Priora is the highest town in the Castelli Romani, at 750 metres above sea level.
It serves as a starting point (about 50 metres away) for wonderful excursions to “Tusculum,” whether on foot or by mountain bike. Down in the valley, you’ll find the famous “Pratoni del Vivaro,” where you can enjoy outdoor activities and horseback riding in the area’s large riding stables and meadows.
The property also features a wood-fired oven and an outdoor barbecue for grilling, roasting, or making pizzas.
The large garden, equipped with chairs, a table, and various pieces of furniture, is for the exclusive use of guests and is fully lit at night.
With that said, all that remains is to wish my future guests a happy and relaxing stay, with the assurance that my personal assistance is always available for any issues or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during their stay.
