Apartment located in an excellent environment, very quiet, completely new.
In a strategic location because of its proximity to many places of interest Vieste, San Giovanni Rotondo (Saint Pius), Monte Sant'Angelo, Tremiti Islands, Umbra Forest, in the heart of the Gargano National Park and near the Nature Trail that with its panorama breathtaking views enchant anyone to view. A few steps from the beach admiring the characteristic rocks that symbolize the most beautiful images of the Gargano and Puglia. The white coast and streaked stands by clear water, more points are opened wonderful caves to visit. The small pebbly beach is among the most beautiful in the world. The house is comfortable and bright, as well as cool and dry naturally. The air-conditioned living room with sofa bed for 1 and a half square offers accommodation at the entrance and the kitchen with adjoining peninsula contains everything necessary for the kitchen and the living room: dishes, glasses, pots and pans dishes etc. Convenient dishwasher that completes the comfort of your stay. For those who prefer it can be bundled is a coffee machine of the espresso 'Lavazza pods'. For the little ones we also bassinet, camping beds and high chair. For their entertainment is supplied in a small playground. Outside a really comfortable shower with hot and cold water.

Awesome place, host and landscape

We have been in Silvana‘s place for 13 nights. Silvana is a super friendly and nice host, the house is clean, nice looking and comes with everything you might need. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Puglia, especially the Gragano region is super nice and the weather and water also by end of september still warm. Thanks a lot for having us for two weeks dear Silvana!

A beautiful experience

Our family (2 adults 3 children) had the most wonderful stay at Silvana’s property. She is a gracious host and made us feel welcome. Silvana checked on us a couple times during the week to make sure we had all we needed.The property is perfectly located next to one of the loveliest beaches. Our house was comfortable and clean. We had WiFi and air conditioning— although there was a lovely breeze most nights! We think fondly of our stay. We would love to come visit again! Grazie Silvana!

Unsere 9 Tage in dieser Unterkunft waren ein Glücksgriff. Das Haus, dessen zweite, vollständig abgetrennte Hälfte am Wochenende auch von den Eigentümern genutzt wird, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Baia delle Zagare, einer traumhaften und im September bereits touristenarmen Bucht. Das Haus ist mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet, die Schlafräume im Keller sind dank eines ausgeklügelten Belüftungssystems gut klimatisiert. Im großzügigen Außenbereich hat man zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne, die Außendusche ist ein Plus. Silvana, die Gastgeberin, sorgte für einen angenehm unkomplizierten Check-in und -out-Vorgang. Silvana und ihr Mann Maurizio sind unglaublich herzliche Menschen, die sich rührend um ihre Gäste kümmern, aber auch uneingeschränkt deren Wunsch nach Privatsphäre achten. Auf Wunsch unterstützen sie ihre Gäste, sei es bei der Strandnutzung, oder mit Restauranttipps, Geheimtipps zu nahegelegenen Geschäften/caseificios (Mozzarella etc.) oder Sightseeing-Tipps. Silvana ist in der Region bestens vernetzt, ihr ist es ein echtes Anliegen, ihre wunderschöne Heimat in allen Facetten auch ihren Gästen näherzubringen. Der Standort des Hauses ist - nach einem Morgenbad im Meer in der Zagare-Bucht - für zahlreiche Ausflüge ins Umland bestens geeignet, die Infrastruktur (Restaurants etc.) ist hervorragend. Das Haus liegt in einer wohltuend touristenarmen Gegend. umgeben von purer Natur.

Un'accoglienza estremamente gentile, riservatezza e relax

La casa è ben attrezzata e curata nei dettagli, costruita con ingegno, per cui le stanze da letto nel piano interrato sono fresche e spaziose, con soffitti molto alti, molta luce e circolazione d'aria, e nessuna umidità. Molto apprezzata la doccia calda all'esterno. I proprietari, che abitano nell'appartamento a fianco, ci sono stati di grande aiuto, rispettando sempre con molta discrezione la nostra tranquillità e privacy. La località Baia delle Zagare è bellissima e famosa, in una riserva naturale, ma non molto affollata, trattandosi di un comprensorio privato cui sono consentiti pochi ingressi in spiaggia libera. Va detto che l'accesso al mare non è immediato, si devono percorrere un 300-400 metri di strada comoda, in discesa all'andata e in salita al ritorno, con poca ombra, da e per l' ascensore dell'hotel, che porta alla spiaggia sottostante di ciottoli. Si può chiedere un passaggio ai caddies elettrici che fanno la spola tra gli hotel e le villette del comprensorio, ma non è detto che si trovino quando si vorrebbe. L'entrata in mare non è facilissima, sono indispensabili scarpette di gomma per camminare sui ciottoli, che a riva formano due gradoni, ed entrare in acqua. Il posto quindi non è adatto a chi ha disabilità motorie, data anche la scala interna di una ventina di gradini. Indispensabile un'auto per la spesa a Mattinata e per raggiungere i ristoranti.

Vacanza stupenda, grazie alla signora Silvana e a Maurizio per la disponibilità e i consigli. Molto utile la doccia calda esterna al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Consiglio vivamente sia per la spiaggia che per l’abitazione.

Ottima esperienza

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura per una settimana. Eravamo due famiglie, quattro adulti e due neonate. Gli ambienti si sono ben prestati ai nostri bisogni e direi fondamentale il patio con veranda che aumenta notevolmente i volumi vivibili dalla casa. Il piano terra è composto da cucina e salone in un unico ambiente e da un bagno con i servizi essenziali. Nel piano interrato si trovano invece le due camere ed il secondo bagno con doccia e lavatrice. La casa è tenuta molto bene, pulita e confortevole. La signora Silvana è stata molto cortese e fondamentale per quanto riguarda le indicazioni su come trascorrere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Il parcheggio è garantito in strada davanti alla villa essendo di proprietà privata. L'accesso al mare avviene all'incirca in cinque minuti entrando all'interno dell'hotel che mette a disposizione l'ascensore che porta direttamente in spiaggia. Per usufruire dell'ascensore bisogna fare qualche scalino per cui, nel caso di passeggino, bisogna andare almeno in due. La spiaggia libera destinata a chi non ha l'ombrellone nella spiaggia attrezzata è abbastanza ridotta per cui bisogna andare presto per trovare posto. La baia non ha bisogno di recensioni in quanto è una delle mete piu gettonate dai battelli turistici che però possono solo osservare e non far scendere i propri passaggeri. Per questo motivo rimane molto riservata e comunque poco affollata.

Eine echte Empfehlung wert!

Wir waren im September dort in Urlaub. Zuhause habe ich dann nochmal alle Bewertungen hier durchgelesen. Ich sage Euch, alles was da steht, stimmt! Sogar noch besser: das Internet steht jetzt auch im Untergeschoß zur Verfügung und ist überall rasend schnell. Es gibt auch ein Speiselokal an der Hauptstraße, das man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichen kann. Aufgefallen ist uns auch, dass alle Leute in der Gegend ausgesprochen nett sind. Aber die Gastgeberin, Silvana, hat alles nochmal übertroffen. Sie ist eine außergewöhnlich zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite, liebenswerte und angenehme Gastgeberin. Danke Silvana! Die Unterkunft ist eine echte Empfehlung!

baia delle Zagare

i proprietari Silvana e Maurizio sono pieni di attenzioni, la casa è fatta molto bene: due stanze da letto nel piano interrato molto fresche e luminose grazie ad un ingegnoso sistema di ventilazione naturale e di pavimenti in vetro, letti e cuscini comodissimi, cucina ben atterrezzata, divano letto a una piazza e mezza a piano terra, due bagni con wc e bidet (uno con doccia) ed una comoda doccia esterna con acqua calda. lavastoviglie e lavatrice completano il comfort della casa. insomma c'è veramente tutto per godersi la vacanza a 5 minuti a piedi dalla baia più bella del Gargano.

Wspaniały urlop w bajkowym otoczeniu

Właścicielka obiektu, pani Silvana jest cudowną, ciepłą kobietą, niezwykle dbającą o komfort wypoczywających gości. Dom w którym mieszkaliśmy, położony jest w spokojnej okolicy, 5 minut od magicznej, pełnej uroku, niezatłoczonej plaży. Dostęp do plaży, dla gości Pani Silvany, jest nielimitowany. Plaża jest kamienista i otoczona klifem, który w drugiej połowie dnia, daje zbawienny cień. Jakby do dziwnie nie brzmiało, na plażę zjeżdża się windą. Plaża Baia dei Mergoli została oceniona jako jedna z najpiękniejszych na półwyspie Gargano, a nawet w całych Włoszech! Dwupoziomowy, klimatyzowany apartament z dwoma sypialniami spełnił nasze wszelkie oczekiwania. Bardzo podobał się nam zewnętrzny prysznic z którego można było skorzystać np. po powrocie z plaży. Gospodyni wyposaża letników w kartę rabatową uprawniającą do zniżki w barze przy plaży oraz barze typu street food z widokiem na morze. W pobliżu funkcjonują kameralne hotele, których sąsiedztwo nie jest kłopotliwe. Najbliższa restauracja jest kilkaset metrów od apartamentu i można do niej bez problemu dotrzeć na piechotę. Sympatyczne restauracje położone są też w nieodległej miejscowości Mattinata. Cały półwysep Gargano warty jest spenetrowania, począwszy od miasteczek Manfredonia, Monte Sant’Angelo, a skończywszy na rezerwacie przyrody Foresta Umbra.

Gut für ruhigen Strandurlaub

Wer eine Woche an einem Traumstrand nur baden will, ist hier richtig! Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß an den nicht überlaufenen Strand. Ansonsten sind Orte und Infrastruktur aber sehr weit weg. Das Apartment selbst verfügt über alles, was man in einem Badeurlaub braucht, ist aber nichts Besonderes. Wer nicht weiter im Land rumkommen möchte und gerne selber kocht, ist hier richtig! Die unter der Erde gelegenen Zimmer sind leider etwas stickig. Außerdem kein Meerblick. Gastgeber sehr bemüht

Soggiorno magnifico

Il soggiorno presso la casa è stato magnifico grazie anche all'ospitalità dei proprietari che ssono stati molto accoglienti e premurosi nei nostri confronti. La vicinanza alla Baia delle Zagare a cui si accede con ascensore ha reso unica la vacanza. Posto ideale se siete alla ricerca di relax e quiete a due passi dai faraglioni.

Una settimana di puro relax!

Il nostro soggiorno presso l'appartamento di Baia delle Zagare è stato perfetto, l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità di Silvana, Maurizio e le due dolcissime figlie è stata incredibile, da subito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio e "coccolati" dalle loro premure e dai loro preziosi consigli su come goderci la vacanza nella zona. L'appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto quel che può servire (compresa lavastoglie e lavatrice!) Le camere sono molto fresche e il cortile ben attrezzato per poter mangiare fuori o prendere il sole. È presente anche una doccia esterna utile prima di entrare in casa dopo il mare. Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio a ogni ora di fianco al cancello, cosa non da trascurare se si decide di muoversi per vedere altre spiaggie o paesini. Infine abbiamo trovato stupenda la posizione dell'appartamento, sia perché comodo a tutte le mete principali del Gargano ma anche perché a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più bella della zona, raggiungibile oltre che tramite la scala panoramica anche con l'ascensore panoramico dell'hotel. Lo stabilimento in spiaggia è organizzato molto bene e i dipendenti sono molto cordiali. Bellissima anche la spiaggia libera. Che dire.. Consigliatissimo sotto tutti gli aspetti! Grazie ancora Silvana per aver impreziosito questa nostra vacanza con la tua ineguagliabile ospitalità 😉

Villetta riservata in baia meravigliosa

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane a luglio in questa villetta a Baia delle Zagare, tra le più belle baie d'Italia. La villetta è molto curata e pulita, accogliente, offre ampio patio esterno con doccia esterna calda e fredda, ombreggiato e attrezzato, zona giorno con divano letto e bagno al pianterreno, secondo bagno e due camere al piano interrato. Gentilissimi i proprietari, Silvana e Maurizio, che ringraziamo per la cordiale accoglienza, la disponibilità e la puntuale comunicazione. La villetta si trova in un contesto verdeggiante di villette private nei pressi di un residence e di un hotel, alle spalle della Baia delle Zagare e del mare, che si possono ammirare quando in meno di 5 minuti a piedi si raggiungono l'ascensore in convenzione con l'hotel per la comoda discesa alla spiaggia oppure il breve sentiero adiacente, per chi preferisce arrivare al mare con una breve camminata. Acqua cristallina, sdraio e ombrelloni gestiti in parte dall'hotel (non prenotabili) e in parte dal residence (prenotabili accanto al cancello di accesso del sentiero per il mare, costo 50€ in prima fila, 40€ le altre file). I più vicini supermarket e negozi sono a 10-15 minuti di macchina, a Mattinata. La posizione consente di visitare tutti i luoghi del Gargano, da Manfredonia a Mattinata e Monte Sant'Angelo, da Pugnochiuso a Vieste, spingendosi anche fino a Peschici e dintorni. Consigliamo l'uscita in barca lungo la costa, per visitare le meravigliose grotte e fare il bagno in insenature meravigliose raggiungibili solo via mare. Per chi, come noi, ama il mare profondo, la spiaggia di ciottoli e scogli, lo snorkeling, la quiete e la riservatezza questo è il luogo ideale.

A very nice vacation trip

We traveled as a family of 6 out of season and were rewarded with a pleasant privacy. The landscape as part of the Gargano National Park is incredible and the weather in October is also very pleasant. The holiday home is part of a more or less private resort. This made access to the beach more or less exclusive - and you had it almost to yourself. The apartment itself is very nice. Gas stove, dishwasher and washing machine make our stay a lot easier and the sleeping facilities were great for us. Thanks to the 2 bathrooms, you don't get in each other's way here either - but it can still be a bit tight for 6 people if everyone wants to sit together at the table. In times when it stays light and warm for longer, the spacious terrace is ideal for this. But we were also able to come to terms with our children. W-LAN is also available, but only on the upper floor, which is the living area. Unfortunately, the WiFi is not enough down to the basement - the sleeping area. ;-) There are no shopping opportunities on site, as, as mentioned, it is a remote holiday complex. But it only takes 45 - 60 minutes to get to Vieste, Mattinata or Manfredonia, depending on your driving skills in the serpentines on the coastal mountains. ;-) The hosts are very friendly and helpful in all questions, so that the two weeks have passed too quickly!

Ein tolles Appartement für eine Familie

Es hat insgesamt alles gepasst. Die Gastgeberin Silvana hat uns herzlich empfangen und über alles nötige informiert. Das Appartement war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man ist in 5 min an einem sehr schönen Strand zu dem man durch eine Hotelanlage laufen muss. Das Hotel war Ende September bereits geschlossen, so dass es nur wenige Menschen da waren. Die Lage an sich ist jedoch sehr abgelegen und ruhig. Man hat keine Restaurants oder Bars in Fussnähe und muss immer auf Vorrat einkaufen. Das wussten wir von vornherein und es war für uns kein Problem.

Silvana ci ha accolto come se fossimo amici, ci siamo sentiti a casa. L'abitazione è molto curata ed accogliente situata a poche centinaia di metri dalla stupenda baia delle zagare.

Vacanza da sogno

Casa accogliente a due passi dalla spiaggia,con la possibilità di usufruire l'uso dell'ascensore(Oltre alla Scala panoramica) della struttura " Hotel dei Faraglioni " per la discesa sulla stessa. Grazie all'interessamento dei proprietari Silvana e Maurizio.

appartamento ideale a 2 passi dalla spiaggia più bella e esclusiva del Gargano

Appartamento molto comodo, pulito, freschissimo e dotato di ogni comfort (2 bagni, tutti gli elettrodomestici, corte con tavolo da pranzo, doccia esterna, sdraio, barbecue) a pochi metri dalla magnifica Baia delle Zagare, dominata dai famosi faraglioni: l'accesso alla esclusiva spiaggia é possibile tramite l'ascensore dell'hotel che affaccia sulla falesia sopra la spiaggia. I proprietari Silvana e Maurizio e le loro figlie ci hanno fatto sentire perfettamente a nostro agio, come fossimo a casa nostra, grazie alla loro simpatia, gentilezza e disponibilità. La posizione dell'appartamento è ideale per visitare i più bei luoghi del magnifico promontorio del Gargano (le spiagge e le grotte marine, Vieste, Peschici, la Foresta Umbra, Castel del Monte) ed è a soli 20 minuti dal centro commerciale di Manfredonia, città carina e molto vivace la sera. Da non perdere un bel giro in barca, da noleggiare nella vicina Mattinata, per vedere dal mare la bellissima costa fino a Vieste, punteggiata di spiaggette da sogno, bianche scogliere a picco e grotte mozzafiato.

Un environnement exceptionnel

La location est située à 5 minutes à pieds d'une plage privée extraordinaire. La location se compose d'une maison de ville coupée en deux (Sylvana occupe très discrètement l'autre partie et cela ne pose aucun souci). Le bien est composée d'un petit séjour/cuisine à rdc, de deux chambres en sous-sol (pas trop gênant) et d'une terrasse sur laquelle on passe son temps à contempler les montagnes avoisinantes (pas de vue directe sur la mer). C'est très calme et la climatisation du rdc permet de refroidir les chambres. Les lits sont de bonnes qualité mais le lit d'appoint pour la cinquième personne n'est pas suffisant. Silvana offre une qualité de service impressionnante. Elle se plie en quatre pour répondre à vos besoins et cela est très agréable. Dans les Pouilles, tout est loin (minimum 25 minutes en voitures). Ne cherchez pas d'autres plages, vous avez la plus jolie juste à coté. La plage est une plage de galets pas sympa pour les pieds (prendre des chaussures adaptées). Nous n'avons pas vu passer ces vacances et cette location nous a donné envie de retourner dans cette très jolie région. Globalement, le rapport qualité/prix me semble excellent.

Propriété très agréable et bien située

Merci à Silvana pour son accueil et sa convivialité. Tout a été fait pour nous faciliter le séjour même si le temps n'était pas aussi beau qu'espéré. La plage de galet est très proche et surtout très propre. La région est très belle.. Encore merci pour ce beau séjour

Une destination de rêve

La maison est bien équipée et bien décorée avec une vaste terrasse bien orientée. Les chambres sont fraiches et permettent de bien dormir. Les alentours sont plutôt calmes et la vue sur les forêts alentour est très agréable. La location est à proximité immédiate (moins de 5 mn à pieds) d'une plage exceptionnelle et peu fréquentée via un ascenseur. Silvana, Maurizio et leur filles sont très sympathiques et n'hésiteront à vous donner de bons conseil à vous aider à découvrir la région. Nous y avons passés deux semaines et ce fut un très très bon séjour!

Tolle Wohnung für Erholungsbedürftige

Ganz tolle Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung! Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss jedoch mit indirektem Licht und im Sommer angenehme kühl. Meeresbucht in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und superschön. Wird nur von Hotelgästen und ein paar wenigen Ferienhäuserbesitzer besucht, nicht öffentlich. Die Lage das Hauses ist sehr abgelegen, leider keine Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen oder vor Ort Essen. Dafür braucht man immer ein Auto. Vieste ist per Auto in 40 Minuten über Küstenstrasse erreichbar. Dieses Objekt ist sehr empfehlenswert für Leute die sehr viel Ruhe suchen.
