Studio très agréable avec vue mer idéale pour petit déjeuner et apéro le soir pour nouset bien situé plage en face pour la baignade,puis tout a 15/30/40 minute de route pour les visites au alentours puis retour au calme de Carnon...parfait.

Sejour Carnon plage

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable , Madame Saurin est une personne attentionnée et tres gentille. Le logement a une vue à coupé le souffle. Station balnéaire tres calme. Il y a tout a proximité , on recommande. Le seul bémol , ce serait le stationnement qui est payant partout sauf un parking gratuit mais qui est prit d'assaut.

Week-end reposant

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end, la vue exceptionnelle, la proximité des commerces, bars, restaurants et plage de l'appartement aide à la décompression et au repos ! Le parking est un vrai plus, tout se fait à pied. Et que dire de la propriétaire ! Hyper accueillante et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un séjour vraiment agréable

L'appartement de Carnon séduit en priorité à cause de la sublime vue mer qui en met plein les yeux ! Il est très bien situé (proche des commodités du port, à deux pas de la plage, petits commerces, restaurants..., et même arrêt de bus qui permet de circuler vers la Grande-Motte ou encore Montpellier en y associant le tram à Perols), on peut se garer sur le parking attenant l'immeuble (mais ce doit être plus compliqué en été), il est propre, bien équipé alors même que l'espace est plutôt petit et, à mon sens, plus adapté à 2 personnes qu'à 3 (mais ça, c'est un ressenti personnel). Le couchage est confortable, le balcon bien sympa avec du soleil quasi toute la journée à cette époque de l'année (Toussaint), les lieux sont calmes (on entend un peu les voisins, normal vu la date de la construction) mais ceux-ci sont discrets et avenants. Cerise sur la gâteau : l'accueil de notre hôtesse, souriant, sympathique, réactif,.., parfait. Un seul petit bémol : le rdc véhicule les odeurs du local poubelle attenant - mais juste le temps d'attendre l'ascenseur ;-).. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Adresse adoptée

L'appartement est très bien situé et tout a fait conforme aux photos, très propre et bien équipé. Notre hôtesse est vraiment sympathique. Nous avons eu un cadeau de bienvenue ( délicieux ).
