This house is in a very peacefull village with a lot of possibilities for walking , mountainbiking or cycling or ... you can just relax and let the children play in the garden. The Ardennes offer a lot of oppotunities for gastronomic excursions and being close to France you can visit the city of Givet with its historic center and castle. The house was Build as vacacion house to receive families with children , with fout bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor you can enjoy your privacy , two showers and one bath and hot and cold water sinc in each room .
Two double beds of 1m80 and one of 1m60 , four single beds of 90 cm and one bunk bed , two baby beds .

We loved this place. It's a bit remote and very spacious. Lots of nice places to visit within a 30 minute drive.

La maison d'Éric est très agréable à vivre. La décoration est simple et de très bon goût. La vaisselle avec ton quantité largement suffisante pour cuisiner pour 10. Elle se situe dans un environnement très calme, campagnard. Idéal pour un séjour de groupe entre amis point ou en famille avec des enfants.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Alles is aanwezig, van keukengerei om zeer gerieflijk te koken voor 10 personen, tot boeken, spelletjes, wandelkaarten enz. Gezelligheid beneden stoort de slapenden niet, trouwens ook heerlijk geslapen. Twee zolderslaapkamers zijn meer geschikt voor kinderen, daar is wel gehorigheid naar de kamer eronder. Geweldig rustige omgeving om mooie wandelingen te maken. Grote tuin met veel verschillende vogels, twee terrassen waarvan één overdekt. Fijn contact met de eigenaar. Kortom, wij hebben er enormvan genoten!

Een zeer ontspannen verblijf.

We hebben met z'n allen genoten van de groene, rustige omgeving. Alle comfort is aanwezig.Enig minpunt: de speeltoren in de tuin zou wel beter voorzien zijn van een ladder voor de kleinere kinderen.

Heerlijke oud en nieuw

We waren met 8 stellen, 3 kinderen en 1 baby. We hebben er heerlijk kunnen koken. De keuken is praktische ingericht en alles is aanwezig. En voldoende servies aanwezig. Voor een grote groep is een koelkast te weinig. Gelukkig waren wij erin de winter dus konden wij veel buiten zetten. Mooie ruime slaapkamers.

Perfekt für Gruppenreisen

Sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit riesigem Garten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Lage am Ortsrand ideal und Vermieter sehr höflich.

Chillig und entspannt

Unsere 4 Tage waren seeehr entspannt. Wir waren insgesamt 3 Familien. Alle 6 Kinder haben super gerne in dem riesen Garten gespielt und sich an den Kühen nebenan erfreut. Das Klettergerüst war auch toll. Und wenn es den Kindern gut geht, geht es den eltern bekanntlich auch gut ;) Gerne wieder!

Huis met veel comfort maar toch enkele gebreken Niemand die uitleg geeft over het huis zelfs geen gebruiksaanwijzing. kachel niet kunnen gebruiken wegens zeer veel rook geen geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers , voornamelijk tussen eerste en tweede verdiep water loopt niet weg in douche volgens mij is de woning enkel geschikt voor 6 volwassen en 6 kinderen

Een heel toffe week, in een heel rustige omgeving! In een leuk, proper, ruim, alles aanwezig, vakantiehuis! Dat bakker en slager op een paar km van het vakantiehuis liggen namen we er graag bij! Wie graag fietst en wandelt, the place to be!

Een ontspannen vakantie dicht bij de natuur

Wij hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie in het zeer mooie, goed uitgeruste huis. De tuin en omgeving waren super en zorgden dat we ons perfect ontspannen voelden. Het was oogst-seizoen dus onze kinderen hebben ook enorm genoten om de tractoren en landbouwmachines te zien passeren. In het weekend hebben we vrienden ontvangen, het huis was hier prima voor uitgerust. Je kan makkelijk wandelingen maken, vertekkend vanuit het huis van verschillende lengtes, ook met de kinderwagen zijn er verschillende mogelijkheden. Bedankt ook voor de makkelijke praktische regeling. voor herhaling vatbaar! Lies

Belle maison dans un magnifique endroit

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette belle, propre et spacieuse maison! Nous étions 7 adultes et 6 enfants et nous n'avons pas manqué de place. Les alentours sont magnifiques et le propriétaire est à l'écoute et réactif. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner!

Belle maison et immense jardin dans un coin superbe

Nous avons passe un tres bon moment - 3 familles d'amis avec 8 enfants de 3 mois a 7 ans. La maison est parfaitement adaptee pour les familles avec de beaux espaces et une super cuisine tres bien equipee. La maison est un peu sonore pour ceux qui sont tres sensibles au bruit mais rien de bien genant pour nous. Le jardin est superbe avec une structure en bois style chateau fort dans laquelle les enfants ont joue tout le weekend.

Wintervakantie met vrienden

Genoten van een week op vakantie in Bourseigne-Vieille: zeer aangenaam huis met alle nodige comfort in een aantrekkelijke wandelomgeving. Netjes, gezellig, ruim (we waren er met 12 personen), lekker warm in deze koude en grijze dagen, veel licht in huis, en een oorverdovende stilte ;-). Goede uitvalsbasis voor lange wandeltochten; ook met kinderen.

Spacious, calm and away from it all

Our stay was in August, 2 adults and 4 children for 9 nights The property is situated in a very small and sleepy friendly village, with hardly any traffic coming by. Your only company is mainly the dogs and cats belonging to the few neighbours. Modern house with all facilities catered for. Massive garden, with friendly cows on either side. Beautiful lawn with climbing frame. Bedrooms are well sized and tastefully decorated. Plenty of bed linen available. Kitchen, dining and eating areas are also well appointed and spacious. Off-street parking for a few cars is availale around the property. Only one (small) bathroom and upstairs toilet for a such a large property, but there are two other shower rooms available. Plenty of walks and beautiful nature in the close surrounding areas and 15 mins. drive to nearby larger towns for shopping. Communication upon arrival (for key transfer and property instructions) was a little poor, but this did not detract from the overall experience.

Fantastische locatie!

Met 8 personen (waarvan 4 kinderen in de leeftijd van 2 tot 8) hebben wij hier een heerlijke week beleefd. Uiteraard speelde het weer een grote rol hierin maar zeer zeker de accommodatie. Het is een heerlijk huis voorzien van alle spullen die je maar denkt nodig te hebben, een grote tuin met leuk speeltoestel voor de kinderen en een heerlijk terras (overdekt indien nodig) waar goed gebbqed kan worden. Enige puntje van kritiek is dat de sleuteloverdracht met belangrijke informatie over het betreden van het huis alsmede huishoudelijke informatie waar bijvoorbeeld het afval gedeponeerd kan worden ontbraken. Dit heeft echter geen gevolgen gehad voor onze vakantie. Ik zou absoluut overwegen hier nog eens terug te keren.

Erg rustig landelijk gelegen huis. Heerlijke omgeving om te wandelen en te fietsen. Diverse MTB routes in de buurt!!
