The house is set within an exclusive park with a large lawn and lush olive trees and typical plants, a small and fun play corner with swing, trampoline, hammock and a slide suitable for younger children, various Mediterranean plants typical of Sardinia they perfume and enrich the external area.

The apartment is located entirely and exclusively on the ground floor of a large two-family house, has a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in each bedroom, is equipped with bed linen and towels.
The modern and functional furnishings are also suitable for family whit little cildren.

The veranda, furnished with a large table and a comfortable sitting area, overlooks part of the park and enjoys a quiet and relaxing view where you can connect with the surrounding nature.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people, including adults and children.

The large kitchen has a beautiful island where you can prepare meals for the whole family. in the living room a spacious relaxation area with comfortable sofas in front of the TV allows you to relax while watching a good film on Netflix or on your favorite platform.
