HOLIDAY HOUSE surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation, convenient to the beaches of La Caletta, Santa Lucia, Sa Pedra Ruia. Inserted in small and recent residential complex, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second double bedroom and bathroom; complete the property a large veranda furnished with table and chairs where you can eat outside and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation and parking. Present: TV, washing machine and barbecue. All around a very large green space with lawn, vines, olive trees and the rare pomp where children can play in peace and adults can enjoy strolling regenerating immersed in the smell of clean air. The silence and tranquility make it completely the owner for a truly relaxing holiday, however close to the main services of the Caletta and Siniscola as well as to the wonderful beaches of the area such as Berchida, Bidderosa, Sa Pedra Ruia characterized by a beautiful pine forest that dives in a transparent sea with beautiful colors. For larger groups, in the same structure are available three-room apartments for six people and also a four-room apartment with two bathrooms. Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Final cleaning: € 70.00. Kitchenette and dishes to leave clean and tidy; otherwise a surcharge of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week. Internet rental, upon verification of the signal: 9.00 euros / day. Possibility to smoke only in outdoor spaces. Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00; late check-out (after 10 am): charge of one more night's stay. Security deposit: € 200.00. The customer will take care of the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; the accommodation for its return must be clear of all waste, failing which 50% of the security deposit will be retained. Minimum stays: from June 15th to September 14th: 7 days; in all other periods: 5 days
