About this property

House / Villa - Pesaro

(Text automatically translated) A farmhouse dating back to the 800 recently renovated. The house is surrounded by greenery, in a panoramic position, overlooking the valley of Metauro, located at the inside of the City of Serrungarina, about 3km. A 1.5km from the house there is instead the ancient village of Cartoceto The sea and the city's most historic and cultural interest, are just a few minutes drive: 15km Fano, Pesaro 25km and the ancient Duchy of Montefeltro of Urbino 35km. The house has a large garden which is spread over various levels full of pine trees and Romans. It is not difficult to meet the typical fauna of the area in freedom. Attached to the hotel there is a land planted with olive trees, typical of traditional culture cartocetana.

Very nice villa!

Good place to spend some holidays, in a beautiful countryside, and not too far away (20-30 min) from Urbino and other great sightseeing places, as well as Fano & the beach. We loved sitting outside in the morning and evening. Friendly host, easy to contact throughout our stay. A bit too many mosquitoes maybe! On the negative side, the restaurant close by can be noisy on weekend nights.

Alles in alllem: schöner Urlaub!
